Disaster Or Happily Ever After

Matthew's POV

Nick seemed really excited that we might get to adopt Danielle. "Babe why are you so excited to adopt Danielle?" I ask. "Because she's always been like a daughter to me and now she finally will be my daughter." Nick says happily. "Oh ok." I say. Nick falls asleep and finally we arrive. "Babe we're here get up!" I say. He jumps up and quickly get's out of the car. "I'm nervous babe." Nick says. " Here hold my hand babe you'll be fine." I said and he takes my hand and we walk in. Some people looked at us with a disgusted look and others just looked and smiled. "Names." the girl at the desk said. "Matthew Lush and Nick Laws." I say. "Okay. Please go sit they'll call your name when they're ready for you." the woman says. "Thank you ma'am." I say then Nick and I go sit down. It's been hours and Nick has fallen asleep on my shoulder. "Matthew Lush and Nick Laws!" a woman said. "Babe it's our turn." I say. "Okay let's go." Nick says and we walk back. "I'm Cleo Matrix I'll be your adoption worker today." Cleo says. "Well I'm Matthew and this is my boyfriend Nick." I say. "It's very nice to meet you." Cleo says and shakes our hand. "So you want to adopt Danielle Sky Lush?" Cleo asks. "Yes ma'am we do." I say. "Any relation?" she asks. "Yes I'm her older brother." I say. "Oh okay." she says. "Well here you go." She says. "What that easy she's our's?" I ask. "Yes you have relation, you're parents are gone, and you two seem like you'd make great parents." she said. "Thank you." I say. "No problem it was great working with you and meeting you bye." she says. "Bye." we say and walk out. We get in the car and Nick turns and looks at me. "She's our's!" Nick cheers. "I know I'm so happy!" I say. Then we go back home.
