Ash layed in her bed staring at the ceiling and sighed to herself sadly. It was 3am and she couldn't sleep.
She wouldn't ever admit it to anyone to protect her reputation, but she was lonely and wanted someone to care about her like she always seen in those romantic movies her older sister watched with her friends.
She grabbed her phone and stared at the app she downloaded a few days ago. It was a dating app she overheard the popular girls at her school talking about and was debating whether it was a stupid idea or not, but finally she decided to create a profile for herself.
After deciding her profile was near perfect she plugged her phone into the charger and closed her eyes.
'I'll check to see if I have any messages from someone interested when I wake up in the morning.'
She thought to herself before slowly drifting off to sleep.......
