Chapter 28

I walked into the armory and immediately grabbed my two katanas and an M4 Carbine with foregrip and an Acog scope. I grabbed ammo for it and a bullet proof vest and put the clips into their pockets that they belong in. I saw that Michael grabbed the golden Gauntlets that Marcas had given him, and a Mk-14 EBR.

I grabbed a vest for him and said, "You will need this. Natsu can kill you too. Using her blood."

He took it and put it on and I noticed how fine his muscles were. I blushed when I realized that I was staring at him and looked away. I then lead the way to the hanger and and climbed into the spare fighters that weren't taken, which were mine and the Mk-2 for Michael.

Then I turned it on and put on my headpiece and said, "Michael, can you hear me?"

He said after a moment, "Yes commander. I read you loud and clear."

I said, "Good. Let's take off at once. We will wait nearby while the Helicopters with the Navy SEALs come."

I got onto the elevator and took off. I waited for Michael to take off then then we floated there for about five minutes before I saw the choppers in the distance. I could just barely see the fleet on the horizon from here. Then I saw another beam of light shoot past us and head for the fleet. It was blue and I picked up on a transmission from the Takao.

Natsu said, "This is the Takao to the I-401. Do you read?"

Then I heard a familiar voice say, "Yes Commander, we read you."

Then Natsu said, "We are under attack by the Amestrian battleships Henrietta and Senbonsakura. We need you to sneak around from behind and destroy the enemy fleet, while we distract them."

I said over the same radio channel, "That won't work Natsu. I am monitoring every frequency so you can't keep a conversation hidden from me."

She clammed up and the other person said, "How did you get this frequency?"

I said, "I used this frequency many years ago and know all of the possible frequencies that you could use."

He shut up and Natsu said, "I'm impressed with you, Reina Light."

I said, "That's Commander Reina Light to you."

"Oh who gives a damn! I don't care! You are a very interesting person you know. You single handedly sunk all of my best ships and are the Commander of the human forces which are on the brink of total destruction. You are losing this war."

I smiled and said, "You have it wrong. This is only apart of my grand plan. I knew all along that our fighting with Kyoukai No Kanata would eventually lead to a war so I took precautions. I built in secret and created a small fleet of highly advanced warships. I trained my men for a century and trusted them to continue building our new home when I went to sleep. I taught the young Newborns how to fight so they could protect their new homeland and their dear families. They have been taught by me and told of your vile way of doing things for the better of our kind. They all agree that it is the wrong way to go and that you must be stopped."

She laughed and said, "I too have an army. An army that far exceeds the number of troops you have. We have hundreds of thousands of troops, including a hundred thousand Level-E's. Most of them are on the land in Hawaii and Panama. THe rest are hidden onboard our last secret ship. DID YOU THINK THAT THE NERO WAS THE ONLY ONE OF ITS CLASS, WELL GUESS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I said, "You have a really bad temper. Hey Michael, why not talk some sense into your stupid sister."

He said, "Natsu, why are you doing this? Why start a war?"
