Luke's POV:

"Luke, come on! We need to go!" I heard Calum yell, his voice muffled from behind my shut door.

"Just a minute!" I called back, my eyes glued to the screen.

"You sure he's not watching porn in there?" Michael asked, and I let out a involuntary noise of disagreement.

"I am not! In fact, I am coming right now!" I replied, snapping the laptop lid shut and grabbing my jacket from the floor.

I opened the door, shrugging it on. "Ready," I told the two boys standing in front of me.

Calum rolled his eyes.

"Fine, come on then." He said, sighing slightly.

* * *

Throughout the entire car ride, all I could think about was her. The girl on the screen, guitar in hand, singing the most beautiful thing that I had ever heard. She was extraordinary, and for some reason I couldn't get her out of my head.

"Luke? Luke!" Michael waved his hands over my face, and I blinked, reality washing over me. The car had stopped, and we had arrived.

A girl stood on the doorstep of a tiny house, the windows gritty and cobwebs hung in corners. It looked slightly Victorian, with its black trim, but the paint was peeling off, and it looked as though no one had lived there in weeks.

The girl herself had long, waist length reddish brown hair, and was quite small. She wore a faded blue jacket, and long, black jeans. On her feet were white converse, but they were so worn that they almost looked grey. She held a large suitcase in her hand, and on her back was a black backpack.

"That's Hannah?" I asked, and Michael nodded, smiling slightly. It was obvious how much he loved her, and suddenly my mind flashed back to the girl.

Hannah was Michael's girlfriend, and he was taking her to live with us, as her parents were... not the best.

Her dad was dead, and her mom was an alcholic. Apparently, her dad was reasonably nice, but we're not quite sure if he was an alcholic too, and abusive. She isn't exactly the most open person, but if Michael trusts her, I guess we all can.

Ashton puts her bag in the boot of the car, and I shuffle over so that she can sit in the middle. Ashton drives, Calum sits shotgun, and Michael and I sit on either side of the new girl.

The car is silent, until Ashton turns on the radio. Suddenly, a song crackles on and Hannah's face breaks into a smile.

"I know this one!" She laughs, and starts to sing, really loud. Michael joins in, then Calum, and then we're all singing the song. The way she smiles makes me think of the girl again, and I realise that I need to find her.

I need to find her, to let her know that I think that she is amazing.
