What if I told you plastic surgery could be just like make up? You do plastic surgery to cover up your flaws. You do make up to? Cover up your flaws, pimples, scars to make yourself more presentable. And when people say things like "I want plastic surgery" you call them attention seeking? I mean, yes they could be. But couldn't it be better if you told them words to encourage them instead for calling them out?

It is obvious, many like Jeffree is trying to spread that although plastic surgery isn't known as the best way to make yourself pretty, but the very least you can do is spread positivity, and who knows maybe in the future, is your words that truly touched his or her hearts and make him or her chose the right decision.
