Seventeen

You struggle in your chair. Cole glares at you and slaps you, "Accept your fate brat! I never really liked you or Lucy anyway. It was an act. I wish mom and dad were still here, but not Lucy. I wish you were gone too." Tears slide your face as you look up at your crazed brother. He chuckles.

Annabelle walks in. "I may be a family maid, but I'm taking sides here. Earl Cole. I take all orders from you now. None from Lady (y/n)." Cole chuckles looking down at your helpless body. Jerrod runs in, ready to save you. Annabelle stabs him in the stomach before he can reach you. You watch the person that loved you most fall to the ground. You try to scream, but the handkerchief stops you.

You hear a loud slam come from the entrance. "Save her at any cost! That's an order!" a familiar voice ordered. Cole runs out of the room with Annabelle. Harold shuts and locks the door. You struggle harder. Jerrod pulls the knife out of his stomach. The wound heals quickly.

He stands up and grips the knife. You shake your head not wanting him to get hurt again. Harold chuckles. "Weak child," he says, pushing up his glasses. You glare at him as he chuckles a bit harder. Suddenly someone kicks down the door and throws three butter knifes at Harold.

Harold doges each knife with ease. He takes off his glasses and puts them in his pocket. His jade green eyes shine in the dim candle light. You look to the man in the doorway. Sebastian. He throws six kitchen knives at Harold. While Harold doges each knife, Sebastian unties you and carries you out.

Jerrod takes the knife he had and jams it into Harold's shoulder. Blood squirts out of his shoulder. Jerrod then continues to hit Harold's pressure points. Sebastian takes you to where Ciel, Cole, and Annabelle are swordfighting. Sebastian sets you down as he goes to help his master.

A high window crashes. "Hey Bassy! What are you doing here?" A redhead jumps from the window. He has a chainsaw in his hand. Sebastian gets distracted and Annabelle takes two swords and pushes him up to a wall with them. Cole trips up Ciel. You see his other eye without the eyepatch. It was a different color with a pentagram in it.

You suddenly remember: Nobody has ever beaten your brother.

Sebastian gets out of Annabelle's grip to run over to the redhead and kick the chainsaw out of his hand. He starts it and runs to your brother. Before Cole can stab Ciel, Sebastian stabs him in the chest with the chainsaw. Synthetic records burst from his chest. His memories begin to play.

You see your brother sitting in a room. "Ever since Lady (y/n) was born," your mom and dad come out of a room with you in mom's arms, "I have always wanted to protect her. I regret the time that," you see you and Lucy stuck in a deep hole in the garden, "I left (y/n) and Lucy alone in the garden. They were young. I should have known better."

You see your family and the servants hugging each other with Annabelle standing to the side, "I truly miss my parents," you see your parents' dead bodies laying on the step and then you see them being buried, "And I miss Lucy," you see Lucy smiling at you. "I hope to see them."

The scene of you and Cole in the library a few moments ago played, "I didn't mean what I said to (y/n). I only wanted her to agree to be a doll. I now see my wrongs. I am sorry Lady (y/n). I am sorry Lady Lucy." The memories stop.

Tears pour out of your eyes, "Jerrod, revive him!" Jerrod runs out of the room to Cole, but is stopped by a wounded Harold. Harold pins him up by his neck. Sebastian takes over your order. When your brother's eyes open again you hug him and Sebastian.

The red head inturpts, "Why do you like her and not me Sebast-chan? Its not fair!!"

You roll your eyes at his actions as Sebastian hands him his chainsaw back. You wrap bandages around Cole's chest, "I'm sorry about that Cole. I will be a doll now of you want me too." Sebastian begins to deal with the red head. Ciel places a hand on your back.

"No. I don't want you to be a doll," Cole says, "I realize that I was wrong."

You smile at your brother and help him stand. Harold drops Jerrod, and runs to you. He tries to stab your neck, but Sebastian grabs you by the hips and pulls you away. The red haired man leaves, unamuzed. Harold glares at the red head and then at Sebastian. Cole glares at Harold. Annabelle groans, "Finish the job Harold. It won't take long! Weakling."

​Harold ignores his master's glare and continues to swing his knife at you. Sebastian pulls you away from every attempt. You kick up at Harold and hit him in the face so he falls to the ground. Sebastian laughs a little bit. Harold growls, "I will get you sooner or later princess."

"Princess?" you ask. Harold smirks and leaves the room. Annabelle follows him. "Cole, was he just calling me princess or does he literally mean it?"

Ciel helps your brother up. Cole looks at you, "I will explain it to you when we don't have company." You nod.
