Michael fucking snorted, my face went bright red. "Did you really just say uno reverse card?"
"Yes."
"Oh my God, Jere, that's so dead." Michael laughed, "Are you sure you're okay?"
I smiled, "Yes, Michael, I'm fine, thanks for asking." I hugged him, resting my head on his shoulder, I felt him reaching for a controller, "What are you playing?"
"Mario Cart, I can turn up the volume if you want to hear it." He offered.
"No thanks, I'd rather listen to you, your voice is soft and gentle. Not like a robots either, like a friends voice, y'know?"
Michael chuckled, "No, Jere, I thought my voice would be like a robots." He teased, ruffling my hair, "Beep boop, I'm a robot."
I stuck my tongue out, "Have I told you about the one time my Squip started dancing around and singing but it was like, all beeping and shit. I think he was broken-"
Michael laughed a little, "Obviously." He kissed my cheek, "For one he was lurking around a high school in New Jersey." He hugged me, "For two, he was in your brain."
I giggled, leaning into his hug, "Yeah, you're right."
He definitely was. I mean, if I were my own Squip I would've self destructed right away. I was pretty much a lost cause. Self destruction would've been a good idea. I mean, the aftermath was nasty too, the doctors had said I'd always have a little bit of vision, not like it helped. I could only see really bright lights. After the Squip my vision was completely gone, no matter how bright it was.
Michael hummed, playing the game happily, "You're so cute." He whispered. Michael kissed my cheek, his smile obvious against my cheek, "Seriously, you're so cute."
I laughed, blushing softly, "Micha, you're cute too." I insisted softly, before playfully mumbling, "Just wish I had seen you shirtless." I kissed his cheek area, "You should've stripped for me, I want to know what you look like." I joked.
Michael laughed softly, holding me close, "Well how about when that day comes you use your hands, wink wonk." I could hear that wide grin and probable dark blush.
I felt my own face flush, a small sheepish smile falling on my lips, "What?" I asked with a small laugh, "I mean, of course I will, but damn." I laughed a little more, leaning on his shoulder, "But not today, I have to go home in one piece."
"Oh, I'm sure you could spend the night~" He purred, a playful smirk on his lips, this caused my face to heat up even more, "Yeah, but I can also just take you home." He ruffled my hair, "My mums will just be sad that my boyfriend had to go so soon."
I laughed, "Oh whatever, they've had enough me." I joked, "Every time the blind kid stops by you've got to clean the house so he doesn't fall down a flight of stairs." I laughed, mainly because that did happen once. I don't think they were ready for me that day.
"Shush, that was a one time thing, we learned not to put shit in front of the stairs. Now we put it on the stairs." He joked, kissing my forehead, "Okay, shh really quick, I'm gonna win."
"Micha, I'm not going to shh while you win, give me the controller, I'll win." I reached for the controller, earning a small laugh from Michael as he handed it over, "Which way do I go?"
"Straight." Michael replied, placing his hands over mine to steer. This worked, I press buttons and he steers.
"Are we there yet?" I asked softly
"No, a little bit more, I'll tell you, don't worry." I could hear his smile as he rested his head on my shoulder, "Three, two," There was a pause, "One!" The excitement in his voice was obvious. This made it obvious that we had won.
I grinned, "We did it!" I said happily, kissing his cheek softly, "Look at us."
I heard his small chuckled, "Yes, mostly you did it, I just kept you away from the walls." He smiled, laughing gently. Michael's laugh was magical, no, otherworldly. It glimmered and it never failed to bring a large grin to my own lips.
"I love you." I smiled, leaning on his shoulder.
"Uno reverse card." He laughed, kissing my cheek and forehead, holding me closer.
