~About a week later~

"C'mon, you're so slow. I will get a leash if you don't hurry up already."

I quickly sped up to Sans.

The air was so cold that I felt frozen.

"Actually..." Sans stopped, making me walk into his back and fall again.

I heard him growl before he turned around and picked me up by my jumper.

I felt dizzy for a second before I was then sat back on the floor.

"Wh-What j-just hap-pened?"

"A shortcut" Sans said before walking over and attaching a leash onto my collar, just like he had threatened to.

"You're too slow so I'm putting this on you" he told me, as if it was an everyday thing to say before carrying on walking.

I attempted to stand up but first a blue arrow was stabbed into the ground suddenly, right next to my hand.

I squealed and quickly got up, slowly dodging another of the deadly arrows.

"S-Sans! W-what's g-goi-ing o-on?!"

Sans looked at one of the blue arrows before yelling to the air, "Undyne, stop! The Human's with me!"

Undyne? Did Sans know the evil thing that had decided to randomly shoot at me?

My question was half answered as a mutant fish lady suddenly jumped out of nowhere with a blue arrow in her hand yelling "NYAGHHH!!!"

I immediately jumped, falling back with a squeak.

The fish woman raised her spear in the air, looking at me with bloodlust in her eyes.

She had ignored what Sans had said.

But she didn't this time.

Sans stood in front of me protectively, holding his arms out so that the fish couldn't shoot at me.

"Move. Out. Of. The. Way. Sans" she growled but Sans just shook his head.

"The human's with me, Undyne. She's my pet" he said, holding out the leash in his hand.

'Undyne' sneered at Sans, "That's a little low, even for you Sans. Keeping a human as a pet when you could kill her and free us! In fact, hand her over and I'll do it myself!"

I was shaking in fear at the thought of what Undyne could do to me so I quickly buried my head in my knees.

At least, until my small form was harshly picked up.

I'm going to die at the hands (?) of an overgrown fish...

At least I thought I was, until the arms that had picked me up, wrapped around my waist.

I opened my eyes slightly to see Undyne growling at us.

I was in Sans' grip, not Undyne's.

"I'd actually come here to ask for your help, Undyne. But looks like your too much of a wimp too. I'll just go ask Alphys if Mettaton can help us" he said, turning around.

"Wait! What did u need help with? I would be able to do it better then that old pile of trash!" Undyne yelled at us.

"I need you to toughen up my Pet here. Everyone in Snowdin is trying to target her because of how weak and shy she is."

Undyne smirked before looking at me.

"You afraid of a few scawy monsters? They must be way too scawy for your pitiful form" she said, in a voice as if she was talking to a baby.

But for once, instead of being scared and cowering from her, that fire inside of me flickered.

Only slightly.

Undyne laughed before crouching to my level and rubbing her eyes, "You gonna cwy like a little baby, huh? Need Sansy to protect you, huh?"

The fire was burning up.

I clenched my hands into fists, the temptation...

"You mean nothing down here, and never will. You're just a little crybaby who will never have respect. Never ever will you be treated with worth. Only as dirt that is still alive thanks to Sans. You w-"

THWOK!

THUD!

I gasped in shock.

W-what j-j-just hap-ppened?...

I looked at my hand, it had blood splatters on it.

Had I really gone that far?

My legs gave way and I fell into Sans, who caught me.

It had happened again...

I really had punched Undyne...

Just like I did all those years back...

If they didn't tease, I wouldn't be here!

My parents would be!

Monsters would've been trapped down here alone!

Without me!

I would've been happy!

I wouldn't have been bullied!

I'd be more confident!

I broke down, tears falling rapidly from my eyes as I thrashed in Sans' grip, just wanting to escape and be alone.

But he wasn't having that.

And he told me so by digging his claw-like fingers into me, again.

"Stop thrashing around! I'm struggling to hold on to you!"

"Good! Let me go! I want to go home! I don't want to be here!!!" I yelled, still trying to escape from Sans' iron grip.

Eventually, I stopped.

I gave up.

Just like that.

My energy was gone and I had nothing left.

Nothing but an annoyed Sans and a proud Undyne.

Wait, proud?

She smiled a toothy grin at me, "You've got good strength there, human! Your performance at the end ruined it of course but we can work on it. Maybe I should keep you alive. For Sans."

And with that, she turned and walked off in the direction she had come from.
