Okay so this is really different than my other story, but I really wanted to do it, so I am. It's pretty much just a vampire story with some random twists. So yeah. I'm really hoping it's not as boring as my other story, so here it goes. Comments would be nice, and also read my other story Behind the Cameras. It's a little boring right now, but I'm trying to make it better. Uhh... yeah. Oh, and the story starts three months before the actual story begins when Caleb is turned into a vampire.

HAHAHA. <3 em.

I stumbled along the road. I was so drunk right now. It was probably 4 A.M by now. My house was only a mile, I thought. No, I passed it. Was I even in my town anymore? I sighed and a miracle happened. Something logic came to mind. I'll just call my friend, and find a street sign and have him come pick me up. I tripped over to a bench on the side of the street. I pulled out my phone, and ran my hands through my hair as I tried to focus on the letters and numbers on it. When I thought that I had found Tom's number, I steadied my hand and attempted to tap "call" on my screen. After three tries the phone was finally ringing, and I pulled it up to my ear.

Tonight had been wild, I remembered. My friends and I had had a bonfire on the beach to finish of spring vacation of our senior year at high school. Soon, we would be out of this goddamn town. I had to walk home, as I lived on the other side of town from everybody, and had not driven there. That had been a bad choice. Oh well, Tom would come pick me up... if he ever answered his phone. Finally after recalling him twice, he answered.

"Hey man, what's up" he slurred, almost as drunk as I was.

"Umm... I think I'm lost... I'm on uhh... Silvan Ave. do you know where that is?" I sputtered out. While running my hand through my hair once again. He sighed.

"Uhhh... yeah. You're down by Tally's road. Do you need a ride?" he finally asked. Titalia's house I thought? That was across town from my house. I had walked in the wrong direction. It would take forever to walk home, even if I wasn't drunk.

"Yeah, that'd be great. See ya' soon." I pushed out.

"Kay." He said, then hung up. It suddenly dropped like 15 degrees, and I brought my arms around myself, as a girl would to keep warm. Tom driving so drunk, probably wasn't a great idea, but I was not willing to walk. The trees began to rustle, and the wind picked up. It was cold for a spring day in New England, but I had been in colder. Then a man, seemed to walk up to me from out of nowhere. I was drunk I thought, maybe he wasn't even really there. He walked closer to me and sat next to me on the bench. He was definitely there I decided. I just probably hadn't seen him walking before.

"Are you okay, sir?" he asked me. Then I caught on. He probably thought I was in some kind of trouble, and was trying to help me. He looked to be only a few years older than me, but his eyes were worn, with big bags, and seemed almost red. He was probably very stresses, or it was the lighting. I tried to smile, and hoped he wouldn't be able to tell that I was drunk, and clearly to young to be.

"Yes, I'm fine. Just waiting for a friend. Thank you, but I'm fine." I replied, sounding less drunk then I had on the phone. His eyes almost seemed to get redder, when I realized it was impossible to have red eyes. My eyes were also a weird color, I reminded myself. Nobody thought having purple-blue eyes was possible either. His were just a reddish brown I decided. Perfectly normal.

"Oh... but you wont be." He seemed to mutter, and I suddenly became scared. I did not know what of or why, I could easily take this man, but I was. He then continued, "I'm sorry about this, but you smell wonderful, although it may just be the beer. I truly am sorry though." Sorry for what? I wondered. And then I felt hands around my throat. I tensed up, and tried to push the man off me. He was surprisingly strong. And his grip was tight, but purposely not tight enough to choke me. Then he lowered his mouth to my throat. What was he doing I wondered? And then I felt something pierce through my skin where his mouth had been. Blood began to pool down my shoulder. Then everything was black.

I woke in a shed. What was I doing in here? I moved my stiff body to see that it, once again, was night. The last thing I could remember from last night was walking home, and then calling Tom. Had Tom come to get me? Did I go home? And why the hell was I in a shed? I pushed my way out quite easily, and then opened the door. I stepped out into the night. I breathed in, and suddenly felt my throat burn. My mouth and throat were on fire, and my nose was flaming. My head snapped around, and I suddenly began running towards the spell. I seemed to be at my destination in and instant. Had I gotten faster? I had already been one of the fastest runners, but now I could fly. I looked to see a girl a few years younger then me walking while on the phone. She had not yet seen me. Then I realized she was what made my throat burn. I ran to her, and grabbed her shoulders roughly, before I knew what was happening, she had let out a slight scream and I had lunged at her neck silencing her. Blood immediately began seeping from her neck. I drank her quickly, every last drop gone, before throwing her body to the side. My throat had stopped burning. I looked to her limp body, and began to cry. It was a tearless cry, but I felt like I was crying. And then I ran away. I had just killed a girl that lived in my town, who probably went to school with me. I had done more then just kill her, I had drunken her blood. What was wrong with me?

This had happened everyday for the past three and a half months, drinking person after person, without being able to stop, the running away to a different town. I had killed nearly one hundred and ten people. I wanted to stop more then anything, but I couldn't. I woke up in a new, unused small building or dark area every night, alone. Until tonight. Tonight I had woken up to be found in a large, jail cell typed room, surrounded by nearly thirty people. Where was I now?

Okay, so that was just a little introduction, the story really stats in the next chapter. So you'll find out where he is and what he is. Well he's a vampire, but that's kind of obvious. I had a lot of fun writing this, so I will definitely continue, hope that it was good, I have a lot of good ideas, and these vampires will be nothing like the ones from Twilight or anything like that. Also I would just like to say that, in my stories, vampires are not all gorgeous, they are only gorgeous if they were gorgeous as humans. They do have nicer features, but not all of them will look like gods. So although some of my characters will be attractive others will not, much as humans. So yeah, that's basically it. Sooo...

VOTE... CoMmEnT... ummm... I don't have a third one. So yeah.

HAHAHA. <3 em.
