I had now cleared all feeling and worries from yesterday. I was probably just imagining things. How could it even be possible to feel a person relax? Well, how is it possible I am a vampire? I contradicted myself. I had tried to sleep away the thoughts. And for the most part, it had worked. I heard her walking before I saw her, but I got up along with the others. Anticipating her, and what ever "Lesson" she had for the day. I felt a pang as she walked down slung on the arm of one of her little minions. He laughed with her, and held her tight to her hip. Was I jealous? Why? She was one of the worst people I knew.

I began to walk down the stairs with Maxy. He had been my best friend along with Aurora for nearly the full 25 years I had been a vampire. I tripped, without the full vampire abilities that were needed to make it down these steps. I grabbed Max's hand and steadied myself. He laughed at my clumsiness.
"Whoa there Lia, in case you haven't caught on, I'm gay." He said jokingly to me. He always knew how to make me laugh, and I loved him for it. He wrapped his arm around my waist to keep me standing, as I clung to his arm and descended down the rest of the stairs. There stood the idiots who had gone on human killing sprees, and were now deemed mine, until further notice. Caleb stood in the middle of the room, looking at me with his hard eyes. Albeit he was by far the most attractive vampire I had ever met, but I still dreaded seeing him. I was simply trying to help these bastards who currently, were detracting from my life, and all he was doing was making it harder for me. I didn't mind helping people, to make sure the existence of vampires was not discovered, but in all honesty I couldn't stand half of them. I remembered receiving the list, then having to track down every single one of them.
There were the vampires that threatened our existence: Camille Regons, Jack Rivera, Adam Whiley, Kimberly White, Jennifer Rouge, Alix Campbell(male), Zoey Simon, Natalie Crowe and Caroline Mathews and Caleb James.
And the humans that somehow had found out about vampires: Linda Ronald, Andy Taylor, Rebecca Lee, Shannon Clark, Lauren Cross, Dylan McCloud, Mason Renolds, Anna Rowley, Martin Long, Will Casey.
Jack was one of the biggest man whore's I have ever met. Camille had cried over sixteen times in the past five days. Caroline complained about the lack of beauty supplies. Will had run away, but was brought back by Gavin. And every fricken' time I said something to the room of vampires Mr. Body Builder had something to say about it.
I walked into their cell once again. I stopped all laughing, and regained the serious face, the Council had told me to use at all times. I did not use it with Max, Aurora, Gavin, Crimson, and Kiley, but they were my friends. They lived in my house with me, but we all thought of the house as all of ours. I said hello again to all of the vampires, and introduced Maxy to them, and told them that today we would be learning about pairs.

"Hello again, this is Maxwell Voul. He will be assisting me today on teaching you about pairs." She stated solemnly. She asked us all to please sit down, and Maxwell retrieved both him and her fold up chairs to sit in.
"So basically, this is like seventh grade health class all over again, but for vampires." She stated.
"Your pair is, like your second half. Finding you pair is sometimes really, hard, but in other cases you find them right away. The hardest part is that you can know your pair for a while without knowing that they are your pair. Different things can trigger the realization of who your pair is. It can be: first seeing them, first contact with them, and sometimes, when you're leaving them. The longest I have ever heard of two people knowing their pair, but not knowing they are their pair is twenty three years." She trailed off. Her friend Maxwell looked at her expression with sympathy then continued for her.
