By the end of the day, Alicia couldn't convince me to go to the party, which wasn't that big of a surprise, I never go to parties. After school, I just went home and watched some Netflix. That's how I planned to spend my weekend, until I got a visitor Sunday night.

     *knock**knock**knock*

"Coming!" I yelled as I paused my show and went to answer the door. When I pulled open the front door, Michel was there.

"Oh, hey Michel!" I said a bit surprised, it's been a while since he's come over, and it's normally earlier than this. "Come on in," I said as I walked back to the couch. I don't have to worry about getting in trouble for having a boy over because I live alone. "What's up?" I asked as I sat down. There had to be a good reason he was showing up this late.

"I was, uh....," He trailed off, " I was wondering if maybe,.... you'd like to be my girlfriend?" He said with a major blush, though my face wasn't much better.

" Uh, um, s-sure" I stuttered as I tried to get my blush under control.

"R-really?" He asked with a shocked expression.

"Yeah," I said with a little laugh, " But could we keep it on the down low for now? A lot of girls have a thing for you, and I rather finish off my high school career without being bullied." I asked. I had somehow made it till now without being bullied, I didn't want my last few months to be different.

"Yeah, I wouldn't want you to get hurt because of me, and I know how girls can be." He said with a laugh, he has witnessed a fight or two over him before. We spent a little time cuddling before he had to leave. I was excited, even though we couldn't be too touchy at school didn't mean we couldn't after. I got ready for bed and thought about how to tell Alicia, considering she was my best friend, who my boyfriend is, is a need to know. Her words, not mine.
