I bolted upright as I heard my obnoxiously loud alarm clock going off, with a really annoying little tune playing. As soon as I realised why it was going off, I allowed myself to slump back down into a comfortably position. My eyes drooped slightly down as I tried not to break my alarm clock, but turn it off nicely.

Once I had gotten up, I quickly ran to the bathroom to do my thing. When I was done, I washed my hands and then my face. I then turned to head back to my room, but stopped as I got caught by surprise.

My younger brother, Edward, was sauntering towards the bathroom, rubbing his eyes and yawning every two seconds. I giggled as I watch him walk into the door, complain, the bump into the bathtub on his journey to the toilet.

"And what do you think you're doing up this early, hmmm?" I asked in playful yet stern voice, which caused him to stop rubbing his eyes, and bring them to his sides. He looked at me groggily and mumbled some excuse while stumbling to the toilet.

I sighed and swiftly walk past him to go get changed, wearing a cropped red hoddie, and some dark skinny jeans along with elegant, black ankle boots.

As soon as I was dressed I headed to the kitchen to make breakfast, which was chocolate chip crumpets. Yummy, I thought. I left some for my brother and quickly grabbed my bag and headed out to school.

At school
I walked up along the corridor of my school, smelling in all the new scents. As well as the old ones, like...*sniff*
"Jamie?" As I said her name, I felt someone practically jump onto me, and try to squeeze the living shit out of me.
"Y/N!!!!!!!" I heard the familiar voice scream into my ear with excitement.
As soon as I was able to, I turned around to come face to face with Jamie, in her highest spirits. I smiled to myself before hugging her back and greeting her.

"Hello Jamie," I said, the sound muffled a bit from our hug.
"Heyyy my foxy girl! " She replied, releasing me.
"How have you been?" I asked politely.
"How dare you! I have told you to never be polite to me!!!" She whined, allowing her appearance to waver, her body deciding whether or not to show her physical animal qualities.

The animal in her won, causing her human ears to transform into those of a wild dogs, her canine teeth lengthening and a tail to grow. I watched her with an amused expression as she carried on ranting about 'being polite', all the while she had no idea her animal was showing.

"What?! What's so funny to you?!" She asked, exasperated at the fact that I was now trying to stifle my laughter, ignoring her lecture.
"Y-you're an a-animal," I snickered between laughs.
She looked at me blankly before shouting,"Y/N!!!!Imma kill you!!!!"

I laughed as I turned to run, Jamie hot on my heals. While transforming into an animal doesn't really bother me, it does bother people like Jamie, because for some reason it makes them feel vulnerable and naked. I don't really mind, I suppose higher ranking animals wouldn't though...but the lower ones can be quite skittish.

After a while of playing around with Jamie, we started to talk about classes and new students, speaking of which, I'm 16.

"So, what class are you in?" She asked me curiously.
"Miss Mandel...and you?"
"Mr Daren! You know, the super hot one," Jamie squealed
"Lucky," I replied. Mr Daren was tall and slender, with dark hair and green eyes.
"Oh? What's this? Are you not satisfied with me?" A familiar voice purred into my ear, causing me to spin around, into his arms.
"Sehun!" I said surprised, my facial expression softening when he smiled.

"Missed me sweety?" He said, rapping his arms loosely around me and giving my cheek a peck.
"Should I have?" I asked him teasingly.
"Well, that depends...." He said thoughtfully.
"On...?" I asked, cocking my head to the side.
"Hmm? Oh, never mind, why don't we head to class?" He said after looking at me carefully.
"Oh, who's class are you in?" I asked.
"Miss Mandel," He replied, giving me a slight smile before swiftly heading through the crowd, to class.

"He really isn't loving," Jamie stated.
"Oh shush, this is just how foxes show there affection," I said, annoyed about her comment.
"Yeah, wel- HOLY SHIT," Jamie started, but stopped and then screamed at me.

"What?! What's wrong!?" I looked at her, but her attention was on something else, something behind me...
As I turned, I gasped at the rich smell of pure bloods, pure wolf bloods.
