Broken promises

"Wake up !!!"
I'm woke up by loud screaming and my bed being jumped on
"Ugh! Nooooo let me sleep!!" I nag as I turn away
"Nope! It's the last day of summer vacation and we are going to spend it doing something ! Now wake up !" He says as he shakes me violently
"Fine!! I'm awake !!" I yell sitting up on my bed
"Yes! Get dressed !!" As he throws a pair of shorts and a T-shirt at me as he walks out of the room..

I'm guessing your a little confused? Let me give you the run down..

I'm Yvie Rose, and my annoying best friend is Ethan Dolan, we have been best friends since well kindergarten! We have done everything together, when I mean everything.. well everything! Growing up our families were always super close and we always went out together as a group, Ethan has always been my best friend and to be honest he's actually my only friend, well except his sister Cameron shes pretty awesome. He has a twin brother Grayson but we aren't friends per say.. Grayson isn't like Ethan except for looking similar.. he is a total jock, extremely popular, total fuck boy. Ethan is completely different, yea he plays sports but he isn't self absorbed like the others, he is down to earth, funny, sweet and kind, he is well known but not like Grayson in the slightest and honestly he is totally ok with that (sometimes..) the twins aren't super close, Ethan is pretty jealous of Grayson cause well most things happen so effortlessly for him.. 

"Coooome ooonnn!!" Ethan whines behind the door as I'm getting ready
"Calm your tits!" I yell fixing my hair
I finally open the door to see him sitting on the floor with his head rested on the door
"Seriously I didn't even take that long you drama queen" I say rolling my eyes
"I am not dramatic!" He says throwing a fit
"You sure ? " I giggle
"Yvie! we are about to be seniors! We have to enjoy our last summer as teenagers, next summer we will be adults !" He says with attitude
"It's only a year older Ethan" I say walking down the stairs
"Where you two going today" my step mom says walking into the living room
"Idk.. this is all Ethan's idea" I shrug
"Movies! Shopping! Beach! Anything !!" He says all excited
"You two have fun and be careful" she says as she starts her exercising video
My step mom is pretty cool, my dad remarried four years ago when my mom passed away she had been sick for a while.. we were super close, I miss her everyday, my dad raised me but with two older brothers I wasn't girlie at all

"So seriously where are we going?" I ask Ethan as I get in his bmw
"Idk, how about we go get some food on the boardwalk and ride some rides?"
"Sure" I said as I shrugged

We jammed out to the radio on blast, we always had so much fun together

As we get to the beach we notice Grayson is also there

"Ugh look at him suck her face off" Ethan says in disgust as we walk near them
"Get a room!" A yell next to them
"You like it" Grayson says looking up and seeing us
"Eww" i say making vomit gestures

Don't get me wrong, Grayson is extremely gorgeous but... he's my best friends brother and well he doesn't see me as anything more than that, plus Ethan made me promise to never fall for him. He definitely doesn't know I have a crush on Grayson
