TWENTY TWO

I was texting my old friend max when I notice ethan hadn't texted me in a bit. I feel like me and him got into a fight or something. It's just really hard when he travels back and forth so much. Me and max had been friends for about 3 years and we just started to connect agian. Max was my best guy friend from highschool. Him and his bf were gonna come over to my apartment to hang for a bit. I haven't really been feeling well lately because of the whole ethan situation. I love him and he will always be the best guy I have ever met. But. I just dont know if I feel the same. I understand that I am just thinking this and I will probley fall back to him again. I just haven't seen him in a while. He was supposed to be in NJ for the weekend but he stayed longer. He left Friday and it's know Thursday of the next week. Plus he hasn't texted me the whole time. I just feel like he's talking to someone other than me. I just have bad trust issues with everyone. I trust him with all my heart it's just.... He is ethan dolan like how wouldn't he have girls in his dms. He has better options than me. Like that Kylie girl that was his "friend'' from highschool but gray told me that he and her had a thing for a bit but broke off when they moved to la. I never brought it up because I thought that it would ruin out relationship. I hear my door bell ring. I get up and see max and his boyfriend Kaden. He huggs me and Kaden does too.
"Girl it's been so long how has it been." Max says smiling.
"Omg I love your nose ring Emma." Kaden says looking at it. "Thanks and I have been doing great." I say as we sit on my couch. Max sits in the recliner and Kaden sits across from me.
" Sooo I heard about you and Ethan. You guys are so cute." Max says smiling. I laugh and get sad.
" Yah he's great were just going through some stuff. U know." I say. " Tell us everything." They say. I catch them up on the hole situation and they are really nice about it." Em you just have to tell him how you feel. You can't not tell him but when you do be nice I know how you can get." Max says and he cat claws the air funnily. " Just make sure it's in person tho and not over text it just never goes right." Kaden says. " It feels nice having people to talk to about this stuff thank you guys so much.'' I say
" Anytime but me and Kaden have to go to a appointment." Max says smiling." Well thanks for coming over I can't wait to hang out agian." I say
"Same. Goodbye bitch." He says jokingly." Bye hoeee" I say laughing.

It was already 7 and I was thinking about texting ethan.

That's weird he didn't even send any emojis. Thats un like him. He sounded p owed. I just blew it off and went onto unif. I bought a lot of new clothes. I post mated a burrito and some French fries. I had a really big surprise for ethan when he got back. I was going to get a tattoo when he gets back by Romeo. I can't wait it's going to be a cute arrow. And a lip tattoo that says coffee. My mom already signed the papers and everything. It took a lot of convincing to let me tho.
Skips to when ethan comes home.
I was laying in bed waiting for ethan to give me a text saying he was home. I blow it off and change into some high waisted black Jean shorts and a black crop top. I put on my doc's and walk out of my apartment. I walk down the street and see some fans and take pictures. I go to Phil's and get a coffee. I have 4 hours till I get the tattoo. I already got my nose done so maybe it won't hurt as much. I get back to my apartment and call ethan.
"Hey em." He says
"Guess what." I say happy
"What.."  He says
He sounds pissed off. I don't understand. I try to blow it off.
"Em u gonna talk or what." He says
"You know what. Nevermind you obviously don't care." I say mad
"I'm sorry I just had a bad week." He says with his voice lower. I feel bad.
"Oh I'm sorry. What happened." I say
"Nothing important. But what's your news." He says. I get excited
"Im getting 2 tattoos." I say squealing
"What. When." He says happy
"In 3 hours. I got a appointment with Romeo lacost." I say
"Good he did all mine.well what are you getting done." He says with moving sound.
"Well I'm getting coffee on my lip and a tiny cute arrow on my middle finger." I say as I get up to drink my coffee.
"Cool. Well I'll pick you up and bring you. I'm so excited. I'll be there in 10 " he says excited.
"Ok love you." I say
"Love you too." He says hanging up
I'm so fucking excited. But what's he gonna think when I surprise him with the surprise gift. I got him a promise ring. He got me one a long time ago but he never signified if it was a promise ring or just a ring. I still wear it tho. Mine is a Cartier ring with gray diamonds and it's engraved with a note. It says"forever" it was 3,000 but price doesn't matter. It was are anniversary in 3 days . I can't wait to see his face. 4 months with ethan. He makes me happy. yah we have are ups and downs but what relationship doesn't. I can't wait to see his reaction. I hear a ring at the door. I open it and ethan swoops me up and picks me up and kisses me. I laugh and kiss him back.
