Alisha's POV

It's been a week and my mom still haven't waken from her coma. The doctors said that she's more stable she just need to wake up. I think she still down because her body needs the rest from the abuse and stress.

I found out my stepdad was put away for attempt murder and rape. So he's going to be gone for awhile and I don't have to worry about him.

Everything as been going great with E and me. He's so sweet like I think I love him already but it's too soon to tell. I still sleep in the guest room but sometimes I'll go cuddle with him in his room.

Today's my first day back to school after everything that went down. I'm a little nervous because I don't want to be a pitty party to no one.

U would think that I'm behind in my school work but while I was home I was taking online classes. Yeah I know it's better then going to a public school with people, but I needed to get out the house.

As I'm getting ready my phone kept going off. I reached out the shower and grabbed it. I had a few text from Monica and my dad.

I decided to text Moni first cause I still didn't want to talk to my dad.

I knew she was crying just by the text so I hurried and texted her back.

I was speechless. I couldn't say much so I sent her a quick text stating that we was going to talk more in person.

Yeah I know i sound little disrespectful, but I'm really up set with him, I don't know if I can blame him for what happen to me and my mom but I honestly feel like it is his fault.

After that the texting stopped and I finished to get dressed. I settled for a dark turquoise crop top and some jeans.

I went in Eric's room to see if he was out the shower yet so he can take me to school. Just to my knowledge he was. As he was walking out the bathroom with the towel wrapped around his waist and water just dripping down his tatted body, he looked so good.

I quickly got out my thoughts, save those for later. "Um, I can come back if I want babe." I don't know why but I call him babe a lot know. "Nawl u good, I mean if u gone be uncomfortable then you can go get something to eat then we can leave right after." He said. As attempting that sounds I decided to stay and see what my man was working with.

5 mins passed and this nigga was still getting ready, and he complains about me. I glanced from phone to him. "See u keep looking over here, u like what chu see or sum ma?" When he calls me Ma it does something to me, " nawl not really." I said in a dry nonchalant tone tryna keep a straight face, but in reality I wanted to feel him but god knows I'm not ready for that.
