In the Octo Canon:
You wiped the sweat off of your forehead as you collapse on the ground. You'd just finished a mission and it was VERY exhausting. You were about to take a short nap, but was interrupted by someone:
“[Name]! Hey, wake up!”
Captain Cuttlefish.
Wait... what's he doing here? You thought. You sat up and rubbed your eyelids, a yawn escaping your mouth in the process. “Cuttlefish, what are you doing here?”
“I wanted you to meet someone, SquidKid!” He pointed towards Marie. She looked at him, “Huh? Me?”
“No. Behind you,” He said. Marie made an 'oh' face and stepped to the side. And there stood an octorian. A weird looking one.
You quickly reacted, grabbing your weapon that was beside you and pointing it towards the octorian.
He, you think, took in a sharp breath and went stiff immediately. “Captain... what is.. this octorian doing her?!” You said, still focused on the octorian.
“Calm down, Four! He's not like the other octorians! He'd be trying to kill us right now, right?!” Captain Cuttlefish said. You stared intensely at the octorian, as he was just quivering.
You tighten your grip on the weapon but soon lowered it and sighed. “Right.” You agreed.
You walked towards the octorian and held your hand out. “I'm Agent 4. Sorry for pointing my weapon at you.
” You apoligized. The octorian took your hand: “A-Agent 8. And it's ok
..”
You gave him a sincere smile and he returned it, not letting go of your hand.
