Hi, my name is Moonbin, and I'm your "average" student at school. I get decent grades, I pass every class, and I always get on the top three scores in my school.

Recently, my grades have been plummeting, though. And guess who gets to be my tutor? That damn Lee Dongmin.

-

"Wake up!" I heard a faraway voice calling out for my name. "Go away." I groggily mumbled. "Moonbin, wake up!" the voice came yet again, somehow louder than before.

"Wuhh..?" I mutter, and open my eyes bleakly. "MOONBIN-AH! WAKE UP!" I looked up slowly to catch a glimpse of my home room teacher. "You fell asleep in my class again." he muttered, and wrote a note, sticking it on my forehead.

"Mr. Moonbin, report to detention immediately." he said in a stern voice. I looked at him in astonishment. What right did he have to put one of his best students into detention.?!

"You'll regret this." I muttered under my breath.

-

I opened the door slowly, which had a sign with bold letters that read: "DETENTION." I glanced around the room, and yet again an all-so familiar scene awaited me.

Lee Dongmin, a.k.a Eunwoo; the notorious king of our school, known for dating multiple girls at once, was once again having his daily make-out session with one of those prissy stuck-up girls with faces caked with makeup.

Eunwoo tilted his head to look at me suddenly, making sudden eye contact. His captivating dark brown eyes pierced into mine, as if he was trying to read my mind.

I saw the corners of his mouth rise up slowly, smirking mischievously at me, as if he was saying:

What are you looking at?

My face immediately flushed and I quickly spun around and walked to one of the furthest seats at the back of the classroom, far away from that Eunwoo.

My heart was still beating rapidly, and it felt like it'd jump out if I didn't hold my chest tight enough. Why the hell am I like this? I thought, panicking. It isn't like you, Moonbin, to feel like this. Especially around a guy. Especially around Lee Dongmin.

I watched warily as Eunwoo finished his session and waved bye to the girl. The girl left, leaving only me and him in the classroom.

The air was cold and silent, and it was so awkward I couldn't even breathe. The silence was chokingly painful. I sighed and rested my head on the table. I guess I'd just have to sleep until the bell rings.

I suddenly heard sudden footsteps, coming in my direction. The noise suddenly stopped at my desk, and I quickly buried my face into my arms. Don't come here, don't come here... I prayed silently.

"Hello," a deep voice whispered in my ear. I felt his steady breath on my neck, and I froze. I could smell cologne wavering in the air, and my breath hitched.

I slowly lifted my head up and turned around steadily, coming face-to-face with the Lee Dongmin. Dang it Moonbin, why do you always have to find yourself in the most awkward situations?!

Our faces were only an inch apart, and his face was so close to mine I could feel him breathing. I looked at his eyes, and his eyes locked straight into mine. I felt my cheeks start to burn again, and I avoided his gaze, looking at his lower face.

I glanced at his lips, which was curved into a seductive smirk. I bit my lips softly, feeling slightly aroused.

He arched an eyebrow and tilted his head, leaning in even closer. Just a little more, and our lips would touch. Yes.. just a bit..more...

The bell rang.

My mouth dropped open in shock and I glanced at where Eunwoo was standing, but he had already disappeared. The hell?! What kind of timing was this?!

I immediately mentally facepalmed myself. Get a grip, Moonbin. Were you really just about to kiss a boy?! The thought made me shudder. I was almost about to lose my first kiss to a player. Specifically, Cha Eunwoo. And I had willingly, unknowingly, obliged to it.

I hurriedly rushed to my next class, which was Science. What a blast. The teacher for that class, Miss. Soomi, waved me over and clasped her hands together.

"I was told by your home room teacher that the principal needs to see you in his office." she said. Then she turned around and looked at me. "Would you mind explaining why my best student is being sent to the office?"

I tried to smile. Partially it was my fault for suddenly going downhill, but also the school's. The stress as a good student was enough, living up to everyone's expectations, but with schoolwork coming at me at full speed ahead, I've been more exhausted recently.

"..I'll just go see what's going on." I try to reassure her, and she halfheartedly nods. "Just know I'm just trying to look out for you." she said, smiling warmly. "I wish you the best."

-

"WHAT?!"

"Yes, I'm sorry Moonbin, but with your current grades, it looks like you won't be going anywhere." The principal said with his serious voice. "So that's why I've hired you a private tutor."

"How could you do this to me?!" I exclaimed. The principal sighed. "I like you and all, Mr. Moonbin, but for you to survive, you have to be tutored. I believe the tutor is going to your house straight after school, so expect a visitor."

I grit my teeth. Of course, today was going great. "Thank you, I'll be on my way then." I mutter under my breath.

When I got home, I saw a pair of unfamiliar shoes at the door and right away I knew the "tutor" was already here. I found a note on the coffee table that read: "Dear Moonbin, Your tutor, I believe, is waiting for you upstairs. He is quite the gentleman, so be kind, alright? Be good, okay?" It ended with a "Love, your mother."

Great. So my own mother left me alone with this stranger I barely knew for her work. I slowly headed up the stairs, not wanting to see what awaited me in my room.

There, laying on my now messed up bed, was the Lee Dongmin. His hair was ruffled, and he was laying down with his eyes closed, his jacket strewn across my floor. What the...what manner did he have to behave this rudely in someone else's house?!

I walked over to him slowly and I leaned in. Was he sleeping?! I poked his cheek, but no response. I poked his chest, which was surprisingly hard. Woah. I ran my hand up and down his chest, really feeling it.

All of a sudden, a hand shot out of nowhere and stopped my arm, holding it gruffly. I looked up slowly to see Eunwoo with one eye open, smirking down at me.

"Being touchy now, aren't we?"
