The next morning, the Greed and Sloth Pair went with Tsubaki to go to C3. Tsubaki explained that they hold important information about a lot of unknown vampires in the area and possibly around the world. He was going to take the Doubt Pair since they have some background with them. However, Mikuni was complaining about seeing the 'annoying brat' (Tsurugi). In the end, he took the Greed Pair without any complaint and brought the Sloth Pair as well despite Kuro's complains. As they headed towards C3, Kokoro and the others just stayed at the Onsen doing who knows what.

"My feet hurt!" Hyde whined slowly walking behind them. "Are we almost there?!? Licht can't take it anymore!" he looked behind him to see Licht walking sluggishly making him look like a zombie.

"I'm going back," Licht started walking back towards the Onsen, making everyone stop and turn towards him. "Come on, Hyde."

"Guys," Mahiru cried out. "We're probably almost there." Licht and Hyde stopped a few feet away from them.

"You said that 20 minutes ago," Licht argued. "We've been walking for an hour nonstop. My feet hurt and I'm hungry. I'm gonna go to the cafe we passed by earlier then I'm going back to the Onsen."

"Yeah!" Hyde yelled sticking his tongue out. "I feel like my legs are going to fall off. Let's go now, Angel." he started walking the opposite direction with Licht following close behind him. Before they can get far from them, Tsubaki called them out.

"I know someone who can give all the melon you want," Licht stopped and turned around to look at him.

"All?" he asked. Hyde, who was still walking, finally noticed that he wasn't following him and turned around.

"All," Tsubaki stated smirking at him. "Unlimited melon."

"Angel!" Hyde shouted. "Don't fall for it!" he shook Licht aggressively only to be kicked in the face.

"Hyde, I changed my mind," Licht said. "Let's go."

"What?!?"

"Come on," Tsubaki said. "The faster we get there, the faster you can get your melon." This caused Licht to start walking faster. Hyde reluctantly followed, cursing under his breath.

"I guess that's all it took, huh?" Mahiru questioned.

"Of course," Tsubaki said walking after the two. "Melon is Licht's favorite food. Look, here we are now."

"Finally," Hyde sighed in relief.

They walked right in, following Tsubaki through the hallways. Everyone stared at the uninvited guests. The harsh and intimidating aura emitting off them scared a lot of the staff, especially Tsubaki's. Some of the staff that worked at C3 longer knew about Tsubaki's previous stay in the building making them scared even more. One of the staff actually called one of the higher-ups telling them about Tsubaki and the others arrival.

They took an elevator up to the 15th floor. A comfortable silence hung around them as elevator music softly played in the background. A few minutes passed and they finally reached the 15th floor. The elevator doors opened and revealed 3 men looking at them as if they were expecting them. One was giving off a rather smug look while the other 2 was holding a more calm, professional look.

"Well, well, well, look who decided to drop by," Tsurugi smirked. He walked towards Tsubaki, who was desperately trying to close the elevator doors by pressing the button at a fast pace. Right when the doors were about to close, Tsurugi forced it back open and dragged Tsubaki out of the elevator with the others following after them. "Don't be like that! Let's go talk about how life has been treating ya!"

"Hey Mahiru," Jun casually said along with Yamikage muttering a small 'hello'. "Let's go to the lounge area." They both started walking off.

"What about Tsubaki and Tsurugi?" Mahiru asked following the two tall men.
