I DON'T.
When most people ask me what I use to make my covers, they're usually talking about the manipulated covers, and I don't make those. As of February 2019, the only covers I make are the ones that are simple, both cover themes inspired and tutorial followed from starIords. In the "aesthetics guide" section of this book I will give examples of previous cover themes that I, myself made, along with any additional information.
If you're wondering who made my covers, you can check the description of the story where I always list who made the cover, but while I am making you aware of this information, please do not bother these people, they are still people and they're not there to bend to your will and make covers for you. If their cover shops are open, you should read the rules and request there, but if their shops are closed, do not comment hoping for some special treatment, because you won't get any.
Just be respectful, friends.
If you have any more questions, just ask them in the comments where you can also check to see if your question has already been answered!
EDIT 03.07.21: I now make some of my covers, but I am not capable of teaching. I suggest you look for graphic tutorials on this site (brieIarson and cIeopatras have great ones) and I can mention some in the comments if people want me to.
