Claire's POV
"CLAIRE BREAKFAST"
I heard my mom yell from the kitchen
"COMMING" I yell back as i walk out my bedroom and downstairs as the smell of pancakes fills my nose. I sit down and start eating then i get a text from Riker.
Riker: Hey meet me at the park i need to talk to you.
Claire: Ok i'll be there in 10
Riker: Ok see you then
"Mom i'm going to meet Riker at the park ok" i said
"Ok sweetheart bye"
"Bye mom" i said as i grabbed my purse and walked out the door the park was about a 5 min. walk from my house so as soon as I got there i saw Riker sitting on a bench so i walked over to him and sat down "Hey" i said "Hi" he said he looked alittle sad and nervous "are you ok" i asked him "um yeah im fine" he said "so you need to talk to me" i said "yea" he said as he took a deep breath "ok so here is goes my family is moving" he said as a tear ran down his face my heart dropped "w-what moving where" i said as a tear escaped my eye "california" he said in a light wisper we just sat in silence for a few minutes "i sould probably get home" he said "yeah me too" i said we got up and hugged then i turned around and started walking i looked over my shoulder back at Riker he's slowly walking home and messing with his hair when i got home i went straight up to my room and fell on my bed and started to cry i cried into my pillow "we've been friends since we were four he can't just pack up and leave."
2 weeks later Riker is moving today i thought to myself as i woke up. I got out of bed then got in the shower i got dressed in a plain blue tank top and ripped jeans and flip flops i curled my hair and put on light make up then grabbed my purse and left to go say good bye as i got there they were all out side "CLAIRE YOU MADE IT" Rydel shouted i smiled and nodded my head i gave everybody a hug then i got to Riker "im gonna miss you so much" he said I smiled at him "i'm gonna miss you too" i said we hugged and said our good byes he kissed me on the cheek before getting into the car with his family i watched as they drove off i went back home and went straight to my room i cant belive he's acually gone i thought to myself and cried myself to sleep
