"Kimetrius Foose you under arrest for the assault of Jazmin Hernandez" the officer said "Who the fuck is jazmin" I said the put handcuffs on him and he tried pulling away "skies stop your just gonna get your self into more trouble" I said they put the handcuffs on his wrist "baby I didnt do it I swear" he said as a tear fell down his face "i swear baby I didnt do it" he said.

The officer turned around and walked out of the house I shut the door and ran upstairs. I put on the first pair of Nike pants I seen and a sweat shirt and put on some shoes. I ran downstairs and grabbed my car keys and went and started the car I went back inside and into manii's room. "Manii" I said shaking her "mannniii" I said grabbing her arm and sitting her up.

She looked at me "come on put some shoes on" I said. "Where are we going" she asked "we gotta go get daddy" I said. She slid down off the bed. And walked out to the shoe closet while I went into Jordan's Room. "JJ" I said shaking him "jordan" I said "mhh" he said rolling over. "Go put your shoes on baby" I said "okay" I said.

We turned Jordan's game room into Aidens bed room cause he's always over but I walked three the bathroom and into aidens room "Aiden" I said "Huh" he said "come put some shoes on" I said "am I going home" he asked "no" we gotta go somewhere" I said "ok" he said he got out of bed and put some shoes on.

I walked out of the kids rooms and Manii was laying on the floor half sleep "come on baby" I said she got up "Get tall iPads off the table" I said to the kids as I grabbed my wallet and stuff. they came back over "ight come on. I said we walked out and I locked up the house I helped the kids get into the car and buckle up "Mommy where are we going" Jordan asked.

"We gotta go get daddy" I said thinking it was manii asking "my real daddy or uncle skies" was said from the back "uncle skies" I said I pulled into Mcdonalds cause I'm gonna feed them before I do anything I got then all something to eat and Manii wanted a chocolate shake so I got her one and the boys wanted a oreo shake so I got it for them.

Shot they deserve it seems how I woke them up out there sleep. I payed and got our food and passed it to the kids. As my phone started ringing

The call ended as I pulled into the police department. I parked and got out. I opened the trunk and grabbed my old MCM back pack I shut the trunk and grabbed the kids iPads and put them in the bag. I helped the kids get out and and we walked in. " Hi how can I help you today" the lady behind the desk asked. "Hi im looking for my boyfriend he got brought in here about and hour ago" I said.

"What's his name" she asked "Kimetrius Foose" I said "ok he's currently in investigation rn and according to this there gonna put him in a holding cell till his court date witch is Monday" she said "is there a way I can talk to someone cause I got proof he didnt do it" I said. "Yep I'll get a officer out to you momentarily what's your name" she said "Arianna Pryor" I said

"Ok I'll let them no if you wanna go have a seat I'll have someone out to help you momentarily" she said with a smile I went and sat down waiting patiently  with the kids. they where quiet drinking there Milk shakes witch I'm happy about. I waited for what seemed like 15 minutes when a officer came out "Arianna Pryor" he said "that's me" I said.

I got up and the kids did also "right this way" he said he took us into this room that was lit up with one lousy light and 2 metal tables I put the kids at the opposite table and gave them there iPads. I say down in front of the cop.

Officer: ok so your boyfriend Kimetrius Foose was accused of Assualting Jazmin Hernandez in steak in shake a week ago he refused to answer questions so we put him in a holding cell until his court date with is in 2 day Monday February 11th

Arianna: Kimetrius never layed hands on her kimetrius never in his life layed hands on a female the only time he ever has is if me and him were play fighting he's never layed hands on Jordan he's never layed hands on Manii and hes never layed hands on Aiden. And just because he didnt want to answer questions doesn't mean you lock him in a holding cell.

Officer: do you have physical proof that he didnt do it because there was 2 people that said he layed hand on her

Arianna: I layed hands on her. I fought her because she said some shit about my boyfriend it was wrong but she should have kept her mouth shit Kimetrius didnt touch her at all I did and I have video proof

I grabbed my phone scrolling threw my Instagram I found the video and showed it to him. I put my phone away after showing him "ok im going to talk to the other detectives"

2 hours later

I've been sitting here for like 2 hours and I'm starting to get irratating. Aiden and manii are sleeping and Jordan's half sleep. I haven't seen skies yet either. The door opened and a detective came in and I could here Kimetrius out side the door talking to someone. "Ok so he is still gonna have to appear in court and you have to be there to show the video, so we are gonna let him go but I need you to sign these" he said.

"What are these" I said "release forms for Kimetrius" I looked at them and seen kimetrius signature I signed them " ok I'm gonna go get him" he said. I sighed as he walked out. A few minutes later a officer came in with kimetrius in front of him. He took the cuffs off kimetrius and I hugged him. Come on let's go home" he said

He picked up aiden and Jordan and I picked up manii. and we left
