Its Monday and I have to go to court for something I didnt fucking do. "My asshole hurts" Arianna said I whipped my head at her "why" I said "I'm just playing " she said laughing "you better be cause ion do anal so there fore you had to be doing sum" I said she laughed.

We finished getting ready. The kids are in school then there going to manny and arnica's till this whole court thing gets done "baby you ready" I asked "Yeah" she said "ight let's go" I said walking out of the room and downstairs. She followed me. "How the hell" Arianna said "What" I said "I have on Manii's Sock and I have no idea how it got upstairs.

"I mean y'all do have matching socks so" I said "true" she said. She put her shoes on and we got into the car "Wait I forgot my phone" she said as she got out of the car. I started it and opened the front gate as she walked out. "Ight"she said as she got in pulling the door down" oh yeah we didn't tell you we got a new car. we got a BMW i.8

I pulled out of the drive way and shut the gate then pulled off. "Oh Jordan told me to tell you he owes you 5 dollars" Arianna said I laughed "When did he say that" i asked as i turned down the street "This morning when i took him, manii and aiden to school. "Alright bet" I said laughing "What does he owe you 5 dollars for" she asked.

"Cause I beat him in 2k before he went to bed last night" I said "So that's why he was down there screaming" I said "yeah it is" I said as I pulled into the court house parking lot. I seen jazmine standing there with a female. I found a parking space and me and Arianna got out and started walking into the building

"That's who your going against" the girl jazmine was with asked "Yeah" jazmine said "bitch hes fucking rich your gonna fucking lose, why the hell would you even try some fuck shit like that" the girl she was with said "bye girl" the girl said. I heard the clicking of heals behind me coming closer "sir" was said

I turned around along with arianna "I'm sorry for what ever she put you threw" the girl said "Its ok shawty cause at the end of the day she's the one that's gonna be going to jail cause I'm not the one that touched her" I said "again I'm sorry she's not right in the head" the girl said "obviously" ariannas said the girl laughed "I'm darianna I was also at the party when the thing happened between you and her and your his girlfriend right" she asked.

"Yeah" Arianna said "nothing happened between them to she took him to a room and was trying to get in his pants and he said that  he had a girlfriend and she got mad" the only thing that actually happened between them was when she was twearking on him but then again he was waisted" Arianna shook her head "thank you" Arianna said "your welcome" she said.

We turned around and walked into the building we walked into the court room and sat down waiting for our turn.

Ariannas POV
"Jazmine Hernandez Vs Kimetrius Foose" the judge said kimetrius stood up and walked to the front and stood up behind the table I moved to the front row and sat down

Judge:ok so according to the report Kimetrius Foose was arrested February 9th 2019 from his home for the Assualt of Jazmin Hernandez on Feburary 2nd 2019 he later was released to Arianna Pryor during to evidence, is that correct?

Officer 1: Yes ma'am

Judge: ok Mrs. Hernandez Can you please come up to the stands.

Judge: good morning Mrs.Hernandez how are you today?

Jazmin: I am great thanks for asking.

Judge: good, so would you please tell me what happened to your face.

Jazmin: well I was at work and Kimetrius and Arianna came in with 3 kids and 2 other people and I dont no if I pissed him off or something but he just started laying hands on me.

Kimetrius: do you really believe her?

And the the fact that she had my kids out at 3 on the morning cause of a lie she wanted to tell.

Judge: is there a video?? I wanna see the video?

Arianna: I got the video

Judge: bring it up

Jazmine: is that really necessary.

Judge: *officer puts ariannas phone in front of her* Is there something your hiding or that you wanna tell me before I watch this video?

Jazmine: No

Judge: ok *plays video*

Jazmine: *sighs*

Judge: according to this a female hit you.

Arianna: that would be me disrespect me I will disrespect you

Judge: so you made a False accusation  had this man arrested at 3 in the morning had his kids out at 3 in the morning and you have 3 active warrants. This is not a good day for you "jazmin Hernandez I'm sentencing you to 2 years in federal prison...

Skies POV

"What I tell you" I said turning around hugging Arianna "Mr. Foose" the judge said "yes ma'am" I said turning around "you have an active warrant also"
