Chapter 6: The Beach

I woke up to Kim and Kayla downstairs raiding my fridge. I walked slowly out of my room and down the steps. "How long have you guys been up?" I ask in a groggy voice. "For about 20 minuets." Kayla exclaimed while chowing down on my cereal. "You guys are buying more food for my fridge." I laughed. They agreed to buy more food and continued to raid my fridge. ~buzz~

Nash❤️: Hey babe, you guys want to hang out at the beach today??

Me: Yeah, I'll tell the girls. Cya later.

"HEY YOU GUYS WANNA GO TO THE BEACH?" I screamed from the other room. "YEAH! WE WILL GET READY!" They screamed from the kitchen. I went into my bedroom and opened my top drawer where I kept all of my bathing suits. I picked out one that had Aztec patterns for the top, then for the bottoms it was half Aztec pattern and half black. I slipped on the bathing suit and walked downstairs. "Dude! I love that bathing suit on you! I'm sure Nash will too." She said smirking. I heard a knock on the door and I slid on my feet to the door. I opened it to see Nash. He looked at me like he saw a professional model or something. "What?" I asked playfully. "You look great." He said looking me up and down. I smiled and invited him in. "Kim and Kayla are getting dressed, they'll be out in a minute." I said. Kayla walked out of the bathroom in a camo bikini. "How did I know you were gonna have SOMETHING camo." I said laughing. "You know me." Kayla said. Kim walked out of the extra bedroom and she was wearing a red one piece."That looks good on you Kim." I said smiling. We walked over to Nash's and Cam's apartment. I walk in and there is my pregnant sister with Cameron. "Hey! How's summer?" I ask as she feels her belly. "She's doing fine, I want her to come out already." Heaven said laughing. "Yeah, I wanna hold my princess." Cameron said smiling. Heaven had been pregnant for about 6 or 7 months. Heaven was wearing a two piece suit reveling her pregnant stomach. "I can't wait to meet my niece." I exclaim while putting my hand on heavens stomach. She smiles and I feel the baby kick. It was so cool to feel her move. "Ok, let's get to the beach." Said Nash. We all pile out of the door. The beach wasn't that far away from our complex, so we just walked. When we got there, the sand was super hot. I kicked off my shoes and ran to the water. It reminded me of all the old times I ran toward the water excitedly. Nash tried to walk slowly on the sand but then he got sand in between his flip-flops. He threw them off and sprited toward the water. I laughed and so did everyone else that ran to the water. Before he got into the water he ran towards me and belly-flopped into the water beside me. "OHHH...that had to hurt." I said as Nash came back up to the surface. "You ok babe?" I ask while laughing. "Yeah I'm fine. That was fun." He said giggling. I ran up to the beach and reached into my bag. I brought a squirt gun. I went to the water casually an filled it with water. I hid it behind my back and them I ran up to Nash and squirted the water at him. "Oh, you're gonna get it!" He said sprinting after me. "AHHH!" I scream laughing. "Haha, you can't get me, nah nah na boo boo! You can't catch me!" I yelled squirting the water at him. He finally caught me. I looked in his eyes, and he looked in mine. His lips inch closer to mine. Our lips came together, it felt different then any other kiss. It felt real..like real love. Our faces separated. "Wow.." I said. "I know." Said Nash. All the guys and my friends were staring at us. I turned my head still having my arms wrapped around. "JUST DO IT NASH!" Yelled Cameron. "What is he talking about babe?" I said looking at him. "Go back to the room, there will be a clue, a clue to your destination." He said winking. I walk back up to the beach grabbing a towel and heading toward the apartment. When I got back, I went into my apartment first. I went upstairs to get changed. I saw a note on the door. 'Come in' it said. I walked in and there was a nice dress sitting on the bed. Nash knew me so well! He knew what my style is. That's so freakin' cute. I put on the dress. There was another note in the bathroom 'put on your finest makeup, you always look beautiful' I grabbed the note and put it with the other one. I put on a nude color. First a skin color, then a darker brown. It looked so nice with the dress. The dress was long and flowing. It was white. It had a sequin belt around it. The top had flowing strips. It was gorgeous. It went just a little over my shoes. I walked back downstairs and saw a note on the back of the door. I guess I didn't notice it when I walked in. 'Come back down to the beach' I grabbed the note and raced down to the elevator. I was excited to see what he had for me. I walked back down to the beach. When I reached the sand I stood in astonishment. Cameron and Matt were holding up a huge sign saying 'Marry me?' Me and Nash have been together for a few years now. I started to tear up. I walked down to where he was on one knee. "N-n-Nash..all this for me?" I said crying. "I love you Makayla. You make me so happy, like all you have to do is smile, and that makes my day. You would be the perfect wife. I want to spend the rest of my life with you." I covered my mouth with my hands and felt tears run over my fingers. "Of course..of course I'll marry you. I love you so much!" I said jumping into his arms. "I love you too." He said holding me. "I knew about it the whole time!" Cameron shouted. "So did I!" Matt and Hayes said in unison. I laughed at them. "I could tell you guys knew something. You guys were all giggly and acted weird around me." I said giggling. Everyone gathered around Nash and I and gave us a huge hug. "Did you guys know?" I asked Kayla and Kim. "Of course! Nash talked to us before I asked if we could stay for awhile. We had to play it off like we didn't know it." Said Kayla. I hugged all my close friends, "Thank you guys, and nash..thank you for being the best boyfriend/fiancé ever. My dreams are coming true right in front of me." I started crying as the words spilled out of my mouth. Nash scooted his way over to me and held me. "I love you all, thank you for making my life complete." Everyone hugged me. My life was finally going my way.
