Stay Strong

When you are in the dark,
And the pain has left its mark,
And you feel like your being broken into bits,
It may be hard to stop these thinking habits.
But if you stay strong,
Even when everything is wrong,
You will find hope one day,
You will find your light, you will find your way.
You will find the thing that will keep you going, day to day.
It may not be an easy road,
The difficulty will vary because of your load,
But know that if you stay strong,
Your path will never be wrong.
You may take some unexpected turns here or there,
Or get lost and start to cry to the air,
But once you let it out,
After you scream and shout,
If you don't give up, and if you stay strong,
You will realize that your path was right after all.
