Dreaded Past

Clear the dark roses

And embrace the skulls

Of ghosts from your

Dreaded past

Watch as the fire dances

Around me

It burns

And I soon too

Will perish because of my

Dreaded past.

Or so they think.

You can't always

Escape that

Which you fear

Before it catches

Up to you

My dreaded past:

It ruins my present

And prevents

My future from

Taking part in the

Ceremonies of life

Eyes closed

And breathing increases

Breathing so hard

While you take

Me away

All thoughts of you

Slaving away for me

Makes me remember

The dreaded memories

Of your soon-ended past.

Now I'm burning

But I laugh

As they set fire

To the stones

All around

They don't know

Or can't understand

With their tiny minds

How evil

I truly am.

I can see

Their dreaded pasts

And, so, they try

To end my life.

But it'll take

Just a little bit more

Than devouring flames

To end this witch.

And when I break

From these chains

Their spirits,

They won't rest

Until I'm finished with them.

I'll be a ghost

In their fragile minds

Someone they won't

Understand

And I will distort

Their dreaded pasts

I will remind them

Of their tragic mistakes

That so ruined me.

Until they know

They never should

Mess with a witch

And her bitch.

I'll put a curse

On their memories

And their names

While they rejoice

In their long-forgotten games

Every of their

Perfect little girls

And their fancy sons

Will know

The secrets

Which their daddies

And mommies hide

After they kiss them

Goodnight.

And if they ruin

The next generation

Don't worry,

I'll be back

To teach them

The same lesson.

I will be an echo

Of their horrid past

They will soon come to realize

You never should mess

With a witch

And her bitch.
