This is my first fanfic and I just thought I'd give it a go so if at any point you guys have any input then please help cause at some points I can be really clueless.
Anyways let the story begin.

Mar'i POV
It was finally here the day I had been waiting for, for absolutely ages. I was joining a team and not just any team it was the teen titans!!
Mum and dad had told me so much of when they were kids. The fights, video games and most of all the friends.
Ever since I was born I haven't had any friend (unless you want to call my parents my friends then yeah I have the best friends in the world).
Infact ever since I was born I haven't had much contact other than them. Batman , my granddad obviously knew, I mean him and my dad were that close that even if they said the smallest lie they would both pick up on it.
They all helped with my training. Having both Nightwing and Batman's fighting skills and logic plus my mums powers and beauty(apparently) I would technically be unstoppable.
I was so ready for today, at least I think I am at least.
"You ok back there starshine?" My dad was so caring and to be honest I was happy that he asked me that otherwise I would still be day dreaming about what everything would be like.
"Yea just thinking about the team, the tower, if everyone will like me, when the first mission will be, what I'm gonna order when we get pizza, who my new best friend wil-". God I can just go on some times.luckily my mum stepped in.
"Starshine, your going to be fine in fact your gonna be great, their all going to love you!"
My dad sniggered at that moment " you sure they ALL will, you do remember we have a certain bird on our team"
"Right, right Damian of course but you never know he might warm to her"
Not knowing who this boy was yet I didn't really mind so I just went back to looking out of my window and how happy I was that I did cause the building that just came into view was one to behold.
The Titans tower! It was red and black and so big I was sure to get lost in it.
Nightwing decided to call the tower in hope to announce I was coming to the others so it wasn't such a surprise to have a half human/half tamaranian step through the door.
Luckily someone picked up and this boy seemed very happy. "Nightwing, dude, wassup?"
"Nothing much Gar just tell the others we will be at the tower soon with the newbie!" He was so happy to say that and (not secretly) so was I!
He hung up so my mum could look back and ask " You ready baby girl?"
Obviously I wasn't I had not know any other than the safety of my house and the training room but I had to act tough and brave.
"Yes Mom, Dad, I'm so ready for this!"

I hope you all enjoyed this. I have no clue when I will continue with this but I do having a holiday coming up so I'll have loads of time on my hands to write. Comment if you want anything to happen next chapter or later on.
