Mar'i POV

I do love my sleep and with the bed dad gave me I think I love it even more. But I guess finally being part of a team means I have to get up when called upon. I didn't know what the mission alarm sounded like so when it started to sound I was in complete shock. Its like this high pitched squeal that annoys the hell out of you even if you just heard it for one second. My reaction to this was definitely embarrassing to say the least that I was so happy that I had my own room. I flew straight out of bed, hit my head on the ceiling, lost focus, went straight down to the floor and basically bruised my butt. Saying I looked like a frolicking goose would be a major understatement.

Mum told me that I had to get into my costume before leaving to meet at the computer room and I was so happy about that. Alfred , you know Bruce's butler, well he helped with my costume and I love it. The high metal collar with three green gems, a purple and black crop top with matching shorts, fingerless gloves and over the knee, halfway up my thigh boots. I always think the shorts are way to short and I'm right. I can only hope no one points it out. Finally I put on the metal headband with a green gemmed star on it and my favourite purple lipstick. " Alright team, I have reports that Joker is back" I was standing right at the back but I just couldn't help but notice that mum suits being leader, the way she stares down at us all, even dad, just gives that feeling that she is in charge. "But Star, I thought Batman had taken him down months ago and taken him straight to Arkham asylum" I had heard Dad and Bruce talking about that one night and I don't know why cause I had never even met the Joker but I felt this weight lift off my chest but hearing that just then the weight was definitely back, "we all believed he was gone for good but apparently not and now he has back up, as Dick will tell you". She has always looked at him for advice leading the team but she really doesn't need to "no keep going, your doing great" they really do like to shove their relationship in our faces but I have to support them after all their my parents. "Well, how about I just show you." the scene on the screen was just filled with blood yet some areas were completely clean as if nothing had happened yet there was a dead bodies with slit throats. "the signs the Joker was there are very clear with the gunshots, smashed heads and his calling card everywhere yet the other areas suggest that he may have teamed up with th..." and that's when Damian thought it would be smart to just go ahead and jump in "the league of assassins" silence, I swear I could hear crickets from outside "are you going to explain why they did this or not demon boy". Not even turning to look at me he said "Of course I was going to mini Grayson you just have no patience" he could probably tell cause well he's him but I was totally giving him a death stare right now...

" I don't know why they did this". Did he really just say he didn't know! "Robin are you sure you do not know why they have decided to do this, I can help you if you would like" I could tell raven was close to robin and I felt sorry for her, being close to him must be torture. "No Raven I do not need your demonic powers in my head again". "Alright enough" and here comes my dad stepping in " whilst you all were confused and well about to kill Damian I just got an alarm that there is an on going attack down by the docks so if we are done here, can we please get going" Raven and Robin were having a stare off at that very moment so just went ahead and grab Blue and Beastboy by the hand so that Starfire and Nightwing could deal with the other two._____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I was put in gamma team. I understand why but gamma, seriously! All I'm supposed to do is sit on the ship, watch all they're movements from eyecams and just in case of emergency I was to jump in and 'save the day' if you could call it that. Luckily I wasn't going to be alone on the ship, Blue volunteered to say behind and be part of the gamma squad (I called it that by the way, cool right!). Nightwing said the mission would only take a couple of hours so that was the perfect opportunity to get in my favourite film "The Lion King". All the betrayals, songs, I just loved it so much but I mostly loved it for Timon and Pumbaa, those two are truly the best!
I didn't want things to be awkward so I ask Blue if he wanted to watch with me and luckily he said yes. It was so much fun just hanging out we were laughing, chatting, I think we got way to into the chilling bit that we totally forgot about the mission until we heard beast boy " Blue Beetle! Nightstar! we need you down here right now! They've cornered Nightwing and Robin we need you two down here right now!".

Oh god as soon as we hear that we were on our feet, running straight toward the hatch and jumped. We can both fly so we were fine but when we saw what was going on down below us was a disaster. As Beast boy had said my dad and robin had been cornered by a bunch of assassins but he didn't mention the fact that him, Raven and Starfire were in a massive fist fight with an even bigger group of assassins yet Joker was nowhere to be seen. Me and Blue decided to split, him going to BB and me going to Robin. It was so hard to get towards them, I mean I could fly and shoot starbolts at them and all they could do is try and deflect them with their swords but somehow every time I did that they just deflected them, I knew they were good but definitely not ready that sort of skill level. It took about 10 minutes to beat them all because within 2 minutes of starbolts I was out so I had to change quickly to martial arts. Thank God for Batman otherwise I would be so screwed right now. It was so tiring but all I could focus on at that very moment In time was getting to my dad and Robin to help them out. I was about to fly over to help Nightwing to get on his feet when I felt a hand grabbing my foot. Before I could do anything I heard My mums voice shouting my name but it didn't processes quick enough. Before I knew what was happening I was yanked to the floor rolled over so that the face in front of me was none other than the Jokers. "well, well, well you must be that new Titan all my mates are talking about, oh sorry I forgot I have no friends hahahaha" His smile was the creepiest thing I had ever saw but I couldn't think of anything to do...except spit on his face. He was definitely shocked but what I did because he stepped off. "Well then that was unexpected, and that's coming from me. All I was supposed to do was take you to my buyer but... Why do it now when I can have some fun". He smiled again, ugh I wish he would stop. I tried to get up but was stopped when he place a massive mallet over my chest "oh no no no I don't think so honey, you see the only way your getting out of here is if someone is carrying you". Rapidly he brought the hammer up above his head, took a large, over exaggerated breath in and then...
