You're My Hero, Deku [Bakudeku]

Ch. 17

As the day was filled with tests on the two, the night was the only peaceful thing from it but the two were still in their separate beds.

Bakugo tried sleeping again but couldn't keep his eyes off Midoriya and his chest moving up and down from himself breathing. He soon moves onto his back frowning trying not to break down again.

"How did I not get the worse of it"

Couple hours pass as Bakugo finally fell asleep comfortably on his side. As he was sleeping Midoriya shifted in the night dangling his legs off the side before jumping off the bed about to start crying from the pain but all he wanted to do was join Bakugo in his bed. He slowly makes his way next to his bed while moving all these things connected to him without trying to rip them out. Midoriya soon eventually climbs into his bed nuzzling into Bakugo enjoying his warmth which made him instantly fall asleep. Not even minutes after Bakugo looks down at Midoriya tearing up before gently keeping him close.

"Kacchan's warm..."

Bakugo laughs a bit before kissing the top of his head warming up his cold partner.

The next morning came as a nurse was helping Bakugo get out of his bed to take a stress test while Midoriya slept in his.

"So...I'll be able to leave soon"

"The hero antibiotics are working better than we expected for you. So we just need to do a stress test and build up your strength before you could leave"

"And my partner?"

"Midoriya needs more tests done to rule out anything else before he'll be put on the same antibiotics. Meaning his process is going to be a little longer"

"Oh..." Bakugo frowns before hurrying up with the test so he could be back with Midoriya.

Once his tests were over Bakugo walked back to the room finding Uraraka and Tenya embracing each other as Midoriya was looking at pictures.

"Kacchan...they are having a baby" He laughs smiling as he was extremely happy for them.

Bakugo smiles before sitting on his bed by his feet looking at the ultra sound as well. "The baby is defiantly going to be smart"

"Of course it is" Midoriya smiles as Uraraka blushes a bit watching the two feeling Tenya kiss her temple.

After a while Bakugo sat on his bed with his legs crossed as he was messing with the bandages with Midoriya looking at him carefully.

"Do you think he's gonna do it"

"I hope so"

The two head loud stomping as Kirishima busts in with a basket setting in Bakugo's lap.

"He actually did it" Midoriya smiles watching Bakugo lift the blanket revealing their bunnies. Zero immediately started sniffing Bakugo in worry of where he's been as Iku was picked up by Kirishima and handed to Midoriya. "Hey sweet buns" he smiles lovingly petting her gently.

"The baby bunnies are being baby sat by Kouda" Kirishima pants taking a seat as Midoriya smiles listening to Iku and Zero's cute little noises.

"Thanks Kirishima" Midoriya smiles as Kirishima smiles softly with some relief that they were both okay.

Soon visiting hours ended as Bakugo was laying beside Midoriya in his bed running his hand through his hair watching him breath again which seems weird but Bakugo only worries.

"Kacchan"

"Hm?"

"I'm...very reckless" Midoriya frowns as Bakugo started to feel bad for what he snapped at him for but...."The only reason I am...isn't for the show...but to protect those I love and care about. I can't bother losing more people in my life Kacchan..."
