Ch. 16

Uraraka sat in the waiting room beside Oz as the two looked destroyed from the mission. Emotionally.

"I need them to pull through"

"Surgery takes time Uraraka"

"I need my family to pull through"

Oz frowns feeling his emotions start to get the best of him as he starts to tear up and break down.

"He was so annoying as a rookie....so so annoying but he was the best and the only great one out of all the ones I mentored...He treated me like human and not like this weird freak who can't keep their life together. Katsuki Bakugo is my friend and I can't lose my friend Uraraka" Oz cries bringing his head to his knees crying as Uraraka starts to cry but for the both of them while resting her arms and head on his back as comfort.

"They need to pull through....they need to pull through" The two repeated while crying.

Tenya bursts through the entrance doors along with Inko and Toshinori as he turns finding Uraraka.

"Ochaco!"

"T-Tenya!" She cries going straight into his arms when he ran to her. "They need to pull through Tenya..." She cries as Tenya started to tear up gripping onto her.

Toshinori looked at Oz as he took a seat beside him resting a hand on his back.

"They are tough kids Hunter. They pull through just like the times you and or I did. We've been where they have been"

"Mr. Yagi..I-...I can't go through this again" Oz cries. "I don't want to lose any more people I care about...I don't want to lose any more"

"You won't. I promise" Toshinori frowns seeing an old rookie of Nighteye break into pieces next to him.

Inko cries into Toshinori when she sat beside him as he wraps an arm around her gently.

"He's my only family..."

"I know Inko...He'll be fine."

She cries more along with the other three. Toshinori had to be their support even though he felt himself shattering. Mitsuki and Masaru ran in shortly after seeing Inko as Mitsuki immediately embraced her while they continue to break down but together. Masaru frowns witnessing his wife cry along with their old high school best friend.

"Are the parents of Katsuki Bakugo and Izuku Midoriya here?" A nurse asks as Inko immediately pushes everyone away with Mitsuki and Masaru following her. "Okay, would you three follow me please?" She lead the three to a conference room with their doctor present as he was mainly there to discuss the level of their injuries.

Toshinori sighs waiting patiently for them while Tenya and Uraraka sat on the opposite side of him while the three still broke down. He frowns and thought to himself.

"Oh sensei...please give them strength" He sighs talking to himself gripping his knees.

After a while the doctor walked out with the parents, he was immediately called back into surgery. Inko sat beside Toshinori resting against him as he watches her silently cry.

"Inko"

"He's my...my only child..he's been through enough...why couldn't he just be happy quirkless..." She frowns knowing she'll regret what she said but she hated the first time we was severely hurt.

"He'll pull through. Just like all the other times" He frowns wrapping an arm around her.

Mitsuki grabs onto Masaru with her free hand as one covered her mouth from being audible. He frowns wrapping his arms around his wife feeling her push away as she let go and remove both hands from their spots.
