Chapter 4: He's The One

We ran over our lines and soon, I fell asleep with my head on Aaron's lap. He rubbed my arm and read the rest of the lines. "Jade," he read. "now that you finally know I'm a prince, We can finally be together." He then kissed me on the cheek as I snored softly, his warm hands still ever so gently rubbed my arm and side. Every thing he did made me more and more relaxed. He then pulled a small blanket from the end of my bed and covered me with it. "Sweet dreams." He said, getting up from the bed and leaving the room after turning off the light.

I woke up about two hours later, and it was 7:44. I could still smell his scent on my bed, myself, and my blanket. As warm as it was, I groaned, not wanting to get up, but knowing I had to, I kept the blanket with me as I got up from the bed and walked downstairs. My mom had made dinner. "Hi, mama." I greeted her, kissing her cheek as she sat my plate on the table. "Your favorite." My mom said. She sat down on the other side of the table. "Met anyone you like, honey? That boy who's doing the play with you is awfully charming~" She said, laughing lightly.

"Mom!" I said, after taking a bite of food in. "We- I- Ugh!" I groaned, annoyed. My mom laughed again. "Alex, sweetie, calm down, I was joking." She said. After a few minutes, we both had finished our plates. I hugged my mom goodnight and washed the dishes before going to bed, and as expected, I had a dream about 'Mr. Hunky Neighbor' Aaron.
