Beep Beep

I groan and hit the snooze button on my alarm.

I open my eyes, my vision blurry and look at the clock. 7:15?

Nooo I'm going to be late!

I quickly jump out of bed, brush my teeth and dress in my favourite neon pink crop top with butterflies which shows my stomach and black skinny jeans.

I slip on my black ballerina pumps and apply some makeup.

I look at my ombre hair in the mirror and quickly brush it out and leave it naturally wavy. I'm hoping to dye it fully blonde soon.

I look at my timetable as i walk downstairs.

Crap. maths 1st class. Ugh

I walk into the kitchen and see my mum in her dressing gown.

mum: Morning Vilu honey!

me: Morning!

mum: do you need some breakfast or a ride to school?

me: nah I'll walk

mum: you sure? it's quite cold so take a hoodie

me: ok mum

I hug her and make my way out through the door

"So you wanna come over tonight?"

My best friend Franchesca says as we walk out of school

"Can't" I say "Homework

"We can do it together!" she says "please! you haven't come over in ages!"

"Ok" I give in

"Woohoo!" my bestfriend squeals

"Just like old times"

I smile "Yeah back in the good days!"

Me and Fran have been through alot together.

"Vilu!?"

Fran snaps her fingers infronf of my face

"Yeah yeah I Was just distracted.

sorry what did you say?" I ask

"I said I just need to go to the shop for a minute.." she points to a bench

"Hey you can sit there"

"Ok" I say sitting down

"I'll be here"

She smiles and walks in the direction of the corner shop.

I look at the sky and think about the song I've been working on.

And yes it is about that guy with the brown hair who stood up for me.

I know I said I hate boys but I can't get this guy outta my head

I look up and down the street and i can't see anyone around, so I start to sing

Don't know if I should sing

or keep it inside

"Wow"

a deep voice says behind me,

I turn around quickly.

You'll never believe who's standing there.
