New Start, New life

Vergil didn't know how long he'd been dead. Days, months, or even years. He didn't know nor did he care. All he knew was that there was darkness all around him, and he'd been wandering through it for far too long.

When he was alive, he didn't seem to have any regrets, but now he realized he had many. Teaming up with Arkham during the Teme-Ni-Gru was a mistake he'd never forget. Challenging the prince of darkness in his weakened state was a foolish move on his part, which caused him to leave his son back on Fortuna Island.

None of that was important now. He had to get out and fix his past sins. As he walked through the darkness, a light appeared.

Vergil: 'ahh, my way out of this nightmare.'

He started running towards the light but had to stop to shield his eyes because of how bright it was. The next thing he knew, the light had gone and he was in total darkness again.

In another world, a certain couple was having a baby.

???:"Push my love, push." 

The woman on the bed was in immense pain, having be her first time and last time having a baby. Her pain made her extremely irritable to her partner who was there next to her.

???: "I swear, when this is over, you're a dead man Ricky Hyodou!"

The man named Ricky just swallowed nervously, worried about his partner. He loved her with all his heart and knew this wasn't a time to be joking.

Ricky: "You're almost there, keep going. One last push."

As he said that, a baby was born.
Once the baby was cleaned up, the couple wanted to decide on a good name.

Ricky: "What should we name him?"

Liz: "Hmmm. I like the name Issei."

One thing that the loving couple didn't know was their baby could think and was quite aware.

Issei: 'I'm trapped in a baby?'
