Sammy's second birthday party

Sammy was two and everyone was excited. Samuel would lay awake the entire night thinking about all the chocolate he would eat, Isabelle would stay awake for hours planning party games and Piper and Reyna would spend hours trying to find the perfect guests to invite.

When the day finally came, naturally, it was magnificent. Samuel had said that he didnt want too many guests but that he wanted Uncle Leo to make up party games and Isabelle had wanted Luke to come. This meant that Leo, Calypso and there new born son Leo Junior- just kidding Calypso would never let Leo name his son after himself, he was actually called Billy-Percy, Annabeth, Zoë (now 3!) and Luke were the only guests.

Leo had planned a load of ridiculous party games that made no sense but all the same were really fun, all the kids joined in (yes Percy did to). But Percy's favourite competition was the food eating competition, where you got to choose what food you ate. Percy stocled his plate with blue pancakes, blueberries and blue pinballs Samuel stocked his plate with Tangfastic Haribos, Zoë had chicken nuggets and chips... extra large, Isabelle stocked her plate with ice cream whereas Luke had some of everything! They all had 900 grams of food and the person who could eat the most was the winner. Naturally all the women sensibly agreed that it was the most ridiculous game ever and that everyone would be sick. When Calypso tried to tell Leo she got the puppy dog eyes which she wasn't immune to so Annabeth decided to try her hand at Percy first she got the seal eyes, which she managed to stand her ground with but then her 'little guy' (Luke) came crying to her, hugging her waist and telling his mother how much he wants to play the game at this Annabeth faltered, then Zoë ran to her mother hugging her legs and saying ecactly the same thing as Luke only crying more. Annabeth cracked, hugging her family and letting them play the game.

"On your marks, get set" The players picked up there forks

"Go!" The children shovelled food down their gobs munching, spitting and drinking in the most disgusting way possible.

"Times up!" they had been shovelling for ten minutes. They sat nervously as they waited for the verdict. Isabelle bit her nails, Percy fidgeted, Zoë and Samuel hugged and Luke sat trying and failing to look confident. It was exactly like a gameshow and everyone was half expecting an annoying voice-over guy to comment about Isabelles bad nail biting habit.

The room was tense as Leo said

"And the winner is..."

All the 'contestants' held there breath as Leo weighed the remainder of Percy's food.

"Luke!" Isabelle and Zoë both shrugged and shovelled more sweets, Samuel ran to get his birthday cake, the Mums sighed in exasperation and Percy fell to the floor in utter despair,

"Beaten by a child what have I become!" Luke simply laughed and carried on eating but this time Leo joined in.

"Utter idiots" Annabeth sighed and collected her family together.

*OK kind of abrupt ending? I think. Please tell me how the ending was...???? And sorry I havent posted in ages*
