Mary's P.O.V.
“Ring.. Ring..”
I heard my phone ringing, so I picked it up.
"Hello, who's this?" I asked confused.
"Hey babe, it's Mark.” I heard him saying happily.
"What do you want mark?" I asked sounding pissed off at him.
"You, babe, where are you?" He said.
"That's none of your business, good bye." I said to him and I was about to hang up, but he said something that I couldn't quite understand.
"What did you just say?" I asked him, waiting for an answer.
"That's none of your business babe, goodbye.” He said, than he hung up on me.
I stared at my phone looking surprised. I hate Mark so fucking much. He’s so arrogant, and full of himself.
I don't understand why dad lets him talk to me like that.Maybe because Mark's dad is Axel Montgomery, he’s a very wealthy man.
My father only cares about money, and himself, and he never cared about what I ever wanted.
I hate my life so much.
I don't know why dad told me to come into his office today. It's bad enough that I'm his daughter... and now I have to see him.
I got out of bed and than I went to brush my teeth, and take a shower.
When I got out of the shower I went to the kitchen to grab breakfast.
"Good morning, Ivy." I said to my maid/babysitter glumly. I don't get why dad doesn't want me to live by myself.
He had to put a spy in my place, so he'd know where I am 24/7.
"Good morning to you too Miss Lockhart"
"Just Mary please.” I said.
"Alright than, just Mary.” She said sarcastically.
"So, just Mary, what do you want for breakfast?" She asked while grinning like an idiot.
Oh my god, I hate her so fucking much.
Since she's making my life hell, it'd only be fair for me to do the same.
"Hmmm, Well, i'd like to have sushi from Wong’s As Breakfast.” I said to her while reflecting her expression.
"Wong's sushi?” That's like 4 blocks away." She said, and her face almost fell.
Hahahaha, that's what you get for messing with me.
"I have all day." I replied, giving her an angelic smile.
"Fine." was all she said before disappearing through the main door.
"No one messes with me, no one.” I muttered to myself, when she was out of hearing range.
I made a vow to myself, that I would never let anyone mess with me and get away with it.
All the girls in college envied me for my dad's money.
They would get me in trouble for no reason. They’d also joke about my appearance.
So what if I don't wear expensive brand names, or put on expensive makeup.
I don't have to buy a $5000 purse from Gucci or expensive makeup to show people that I'm rich.
I just don't get why people do those kind of things.

I was sitting on my chair thinking of what I'll wear today, for my meeting with dad.
