SOOO in my English class we read this book called The Bluest Eye and I drew one of the main characters Pecola. She had a tragic life and went through so much shit and thought that she was ugly because she didn't have blue eyes and white skin. She in spite of her not seeing it is beautiful and it will outshine this fake blue eye she has (hence the flowers) and it is honestly an inspiration for me.
YOOO I was gonna give up on this because the watercolor was ruining the paper but I'm so glad that I finished it I love it💙
