"My Lady, you are now permitted to enter the Throne Room" A messenger declared unto me as I waited anxiously outside the room's doors.
The guards held open the doors allowing me to enter in. As I walk toward Odin, my nerves set me on edge. But as Thor taught me, I kept a straight face showing nothing but confidence. Once I reached Odin's golden throne in the middle of the room, I knelt saying, "My king."
"Rise Jane," The king commands, "I have made a decision."
With his words the butterflies start to get stronger.
"I have made the decision," He seems to be drawing out his answer as if thinking of ways to deliver it. I sneak a glance at Thor, my husband, then immediately wishing I didn't for with that glance I knew what Odin had decided.
"Your child and yourself have been banished from Asgard henceforth. Neither of you will ever to come back, only if it is the other is dead. If you were the one to die, the child must be at least 15 years of age in order to return. Heimdall is not permitted to accept you back otherwise nor is any visitors allowed. Your child shall not live with you for questions will be asked. The child must find another home elsewhere. But it mustn't be with you." As he speaks his words loud and clear, my heart break at each sound. We were being banished. For bringing life into this world? What has Odin come too?
"Jane, fetch your child for the banishment is to be taken effect immediately." Odin says as tears make their way down my cheeks.
I rush off to my chambers where my baby girl is being kept. Thor seemed to have the same idea for we meet at her bedside.
"We haven't even named her yet" I whisper.
"Let her name be Eira, for it means Mercy, perhaps she will obtain it on Earth. For she has not gained it here." Thor responds with his emotions of sadness clearly on display.
"Eira." I repeat. I raise my little girl out of her crib, who is only a few days old. "I believe that shall suit her well."
We take a moment looking at our baby, as I swayed her side to side in my arms. With tears spilling over again I say, "We will never see her walk or say her first words.."
"We will never be a family again..." Tears start coming over faster as Thor takes me into his arms and lets me cry.
He then pulls away making me look him in the eyes, "I will always love you. And we will always be a family. In here." He says pointing to my heart. "I love you Jane." He pulls me into a short loving kiss.
"We must be going, before Odin decides to change his mind and kill little Eira." Thor says after breaking away.
And only a short moments later, we were off to see Heimdall for our separation.

I love you guys. Thank you for all of reads, votes, comments, following and adding the story to your reading list's! I can never thank you guys enough.
The next update should be within a few days. I just started with this idea 2 days ago. And I already have the outline and everything!
