In the middle of job search right now. I've been actively learning new technology and putting off job search. After six months and four thousand dollars lesser in my account, I narrow down to these jobs. At least at things I had done before.

A bank job for strategic digital marketing or something like that, sounds interesting. I worked in financial sales before totally loved it, though it was a mad house. Partly my problem, making everyone in the organisation go running like there's fire on their seat. I feel bad, I wish I can snuggle in with everyone go lunch together and entertain after work. Don't get me wrong, I'm a nice person really. Some say I'm a cheerleader also a culture setter. As long as I don't put in the work.

There's this tendency to compete or unintentially out do rather than fit in and blend in. So this creates friction as it gets noticed by people higher up. The group dynamics just goes unbalanced. The part that I hate the most is getting kicked out for being the odd one. I hate it and wonder the reasons I put myself in that position in the first place.

Right now, I think I'm comfortable being an order taker. At least I wouldn't go wrong. And most importantly get to keep my job longer than five years. That's the longest in my lifetime record as housekeeper. Its a compromise, well I just don't contribute, zip my big mouth and go with the motion. Everyday is the same as the other technically, on the social aspect I did become Ms Congenielity.

Definately I will not go back to teaching in govenment school. It's alot of beucratic, besides I fail to keep up with the current syllabus. The private organisations need trainers for their classes that sounds harmless right.

The final option is just to take up any jobs that put up advertisement 'Assistant wanted'. These are retail and food beverages industry, requiring to work ten to fourteen hours a day and no offs on weekends.

I'm confused about going for a job that's meaningful to something that lets me fit in at just about anything.
