This is not a love story. This is a story of character growth.

The main character may or may not fall in love but that's not the plot. I find that when the main character falls in love it takes away from the plot and the plot is rushed because the book becomes all about romance.

It's not just that but in Wattpad I find that the love interest becomes the only reason that the main character is happy. That's toxic and is very overlooked.

Don't put your happiness in another person, that the only moment you're happy is when that person is around.

I'm not trying to do that.
