Mackenzie frown at Ashton's comment. Who the heck does that clout chaser think he is?! The brunette mumbled.

"Kenz." Lauren called Kenzie.

"Lolo!" she beamed.

"Kenz," the serious tone from her bestfriend made her lose her smile. "I saw Ashton's comment on your recent."

"Oh that," Mackenzie let out a nervous laugh. How would she tell her bestfriend that she can't break up with her asshole of a boyfriend?

"Why are you still with that guy?" Lauren asks.

"Because he said that he would hurt Johnny if I break up with him." she mumbled.

"Oh Kenz!" Lauren hugged her.

She cried silently on her bestfriend's shoulders. She wants to break up with Ashton so badly. He's been abusive to her. He always control her. He's always jealous. He cheats on her. But she loves Johnny too much that she can sacrifice her happiness just so that he won't be hurt.

"Kenz?" A familiar voice calls her. "Why are you crying?"

She stares at John. She wants to tell him everything. Everything. But sadly, she can't.

"Lauren?" Johnny addresses Lauren instead.

Lauren sensed that Kenz doesn't want to tell Johnny.

"Nothing Johnny. We really just missed each other." Lauren reasoned out.

Johnny believed in her answer.

"Mommy Mel said that we're going out tonight." Johnny said.
