You wake up on an island. you don't know how you got there and you Don't know who the boy lying next to you is. the boy wakes up and looks to you, he has dark eyes and dark hair. he reminds you of Justus and eternity. he emits a kind of power. You ask him were you are and he replies with somewhere in between. This confuses you but you let it go. You decide to search the island. On the island you don't find much. You gather some food and begin heading back to the beach when a large creature jumps out at you. The creature launches it's self at you and slashes and your rust with its powerful claws. Screaming in pain you fall back. Warm blood flows freely from your wrist and you know that this could kill you. You look back and the creature is circling the boy. You Stand back up and look the creature in the eyes. What you see surprises you. Your emotions are reflected in the creatures eyes. You look deeper and see the same pain and suffering that you always feel.
The creature yet again takes a running jump to get closer to you and you stand there. You think that perhaps life would be simpler if you let the creature kill you. But at the last second you dart sideways. Confusion crawls in your brain but then you think about your actions. You couldnt leave the boy alone.
"Run!" You call at the boy, as you throw a stone at the creature and then turn and run. The creature watches you go and runs away in the opposite direction.
When you get back to the beach you fall down and sleep in a long slumber filled with many strange visions. When you wake you see that the boy has already awoken and you wonder wether the boy ever slept at all. You dismiss the thought as you begin eating breakfast. Over breakfast you discuss what you are going to do. You decide on going back into the heart of the island to explore.
Once you begin exploring you begin thinking about your previous life befor the island. You remember disliking life and feeling like nobody wanted you alive. You remember makeing a frigid wall around your inner thoughts so that you were protected. You also remember how damaged and hurt your inner felling a and thoughts are.
While you are thinking about this you a the boy have come across a cave. You decide to enter the cave although you are thankful that the boy joins you. In the cave you find a pale, hairless wounded thing. It is bruised and broken in several places. Instead of feeling disgust you feel sorrow as though this is what you looked like in the inside. The boy pulled you over to a rock and together you shelter behind it. Along comes a small mouse. It runs up to the wounded thing and sniffs it. The wounded thing lashes out at it then curls into a defensive ball. The little mouse crawls ontop of it and waits. Eventually the wounded thing looks out at the mouse. Emediatly the mouse starts to cry and golden tears wash over the wounded thing. At first the thing gasps in pain but then it's bruises fade. It's limbs rejoin and fur grows along it's body. When this is completed a graceful bear stands and astoundedly looks apon it's self. You are glad that it has healed.
You then go back again to the beach ad yet again fall asleep and dream strange things.
One of these dreams is of the boy. He takes your hand. His hand is cold and unearthly. He tells you that you can go back and that you should start afresh. After this you fall into a deep sleep and dream of nothing. You awake in your room. There is dried blood on you bed and in you wrist. You think for a long time of life and of the island and then of death. You picture death to be a youngish boy who is cold, unearthly and who doesn't speak unless necessary. You decide that you would like to meet death but at the same time you are unable to let go of life. You sit in your bed and take a razor from a shaver. It is as sharp as claws and could break down walls as strong as stone. You begin to cry and through your tears the razor looks golden you slice it across your wrist, deep enough to pass into your archery. You cry and watch as your life pours out of your opened walls. You watch as a single tear can heal you it can also destroy you and you watch as you are reunited with the boy who is death and you awaken to find yourself on a beach, your neither alive nor dead just some were in between.
