3rd Person POV

Aizawa's eyes were red and glowing as he glared at Izuku. Izuku turned his head over his shoulder towards Aizawa and spoke in a low tone.

"This isn't a quirk you can erase, Aizawa." Izuku was right, this wasn't apart of a quirk so Eraser Head couldn't do anything about it. But that didn't stop him from trying, the air was thick and some of the teachers were struggling to breathe. Aizawa looked towards All Might, his weakened form crumbling under the tension coming from Izuku. All Might nodded and Aizawa did what he had to do. Pulling on his weapon Izuku fell backwards. Aizawa quickly jumped on Izuku pinning him to the ground, knee against Izuku's back and his hand pushing his head into the ground. He pulled his weapon tight causing Izuku's arms to be pinned against his body.

"Stop the assault now, Midoriya." Izuku clenched his jaw, tension ran throughout his body, anger easily fueling his assault. Aizawa gave a small push to his head, reminding Izuku who was in control. He relaxed and diminished his killer intent, the room going back to its normal atmosphere. Aizawa released Izuku, helping the boy to his feet. Izuku turned towards the teachers in the room and returned to his normal cheery self.

"I'm sorry about that. I get very defensive when people call her a weapon." He bowed his head as he spoke. "I just want people to know who (Y/N) is as a person before they write her off as dangerous." He stood up and looked at All Might, "it's not her fault that she was born with a dangerous quirk. She never meant to hurt anyone. I know she has the best intentions and that includes containing Nightmare without my assistance." He shifted his gaze to Sniper, "she doesn't like Nightmare because that isn't her, but unfortunately they share a body and mind. Please understand that (Y/N) has gone through more hell than Nightmare could ever do to any of us." He looked around the room, connecting eyes with each teacher. "We're lucky that (Y/N) still believes in becoming a hero instead of a villain considering the heroes have let her down her entire life."

The heroes glanced at one another as they thought about his words. Izuku decided that they had all the information they needed and decided to leave. "I'm going to check on (Y/N) to see how serious her wounds are. Please excuse me." He left without another word, leaving the teachers alone to their own thoughts.

He made a short stop at his home to change his clothes before sprinting to the hospital. Once he arrived, he asked the lady at the front desk about (Y/N)'s room. The lady smiled at him and asked him a few questions.

"Sir, what is your connection to the patient?" She kindly asked as she glanced up towards Izuku.

"I'm her brother, and her only family." She nodded as she directed him towards her room. He thanked her and headed towards the room. Upon reaching her room he was met with a small woman with gray hair.

"Oh, hello Recovery Girl. How is (Y/N) doing?" She lowered her head and motioned for him to follow her into the room. He walked in and was meet with a shocking sight, there was (Y/N) covered in bandages. Her left leg and right arm were in casts, she had wires and tubes connecting her to the machines around her. Her head was bandaged, along with a neck brace stabilizing her neck. Izuku ran to her side, tears pricking at his eyes.

"H-How bad is it?" He stuttered out, he gently held (Y/N)'s hand as he looked back at the small lady behind him. The lady sighed and picked up a clipboard that was hanging off (Y/N)'s bed, she sat down on the stool behind her as she went over the charts.

"Where do you want me to start? The good or the bad?" She asked as she looked towards Izuku.

"Tell me everything, I don't care which comes first, I just need to know everything." He replied, worry lacing his words. She sighed as she started from the top.

"Well, when she came in she was in serious condition, she had lost a lot of blood and we had to do a blood transfusion. We removed around 35 different shards of glass from her back and unfortunately one of them pierced an artery. Luckily, we were able to stop the internal bleeding, but we had to open her up to stop it." He physically winced at her words, she continued, "her left leg is completely shattered and then she also broke her radius in her right arm. She has over 1,000 stitches and her spinal cord is severely swollen. We had to put her in a brace so that we can reduce the swelling." She placed the clipboard back on the bed as she sat back in the chair.

"I'm honestly surprised that she survived this long, she's one tough girl." A long pause filled the room before she spoke again. "I'm sorry Izuku, but she'll be in a coma and there's a chance that she'll never wake up."

Izuku POV

I stared at (Y/N) as Recovery's Girl's words rang in my head. 'She's never going to wake up? No! That can't be possible!' I looked at (Y/N)'s peaceful face and I noticed the bandage on her cheek. I stood up and gently touched her cheek, her beautiful blue and black hair framed her face perfectly. I reached out and pulled off the bandage on her face.

"Hey! If you do that you could rupture the stitching and cause more damage!" Recovery Girl shouted as she came over and grabbed my hand. I froze as I looked at (Y/N)'s face, my hand hovering over her cheek. Recovery Girl noticed my hesitation and looked towards (Y/N), her jaw dropped.

"T-The wound is healing?" Recovery Girl stuttered, gasping at the sight. I stared at the cut and watched it knit itself back together. A faint glow emanating from the cut as it stitched itself up leaving no scar behind. Within seconds the wound was gone, the only thing that showed a wound was there was the stitches still in her cheek. I sighed as I sat back down.

"(Y/N) has an amazing healing quirk, it's the strongest healing quirk the government has ever seen. Plus, with her other quirk, her body never scars. It's something the government found out when she was younger." I ran my hands through my hair as I looked at the clock, it was 6:39 pm.

"(Y/N) will probably wake up sometime in the next few hours or tomorrow. Let's run her tests over again to double check her spine and her broken bones." I suggested as I glanced at the small lady, her eyes were still wide with disbelief, I chuckled slightly. "I know it's a lot to take in, but I'll help you re-run everything." She nodded as she began removing the bandages on (Y/N)'s arm.

Time Skip

A couple of hours passed and we removed all of (Y/N)'s previous stitches and did her scans over. Thankfully, her spinal swelling went down and was back to normal. Her bones were still broken but on the road to recovery. I threw down the charts and glanced at the clock, it was currently 3:47 in the morning. Recovery Girl had headed home for the night while I stayed to watch over (Y/N). She was still unconscious, but looked a lot better without all the stitches and bandages. Moonlight flooded the room casting a beautiful blue hue across her fair skin. I sat down next to her and held her hand in mine. I sighed as my eyes started feeling heavy, I rested my head on the bed.

"(Y/N) please wake up soon." I whispered as I held her hand and drifted off to sleep.

Unknown to Izuku, a pair of purple eyes watched from outside the window.
