Being a reviewer, we know, isn't an easy task, dedicating minutes to hours just to get the point clear to the writer, on what's wrong with the work and needs to be improved. If this is your calling, don't be shy, you are one rare shining star.
Reviewing isn't about telling the author of the work what needs to be worked on, it's about passing the message across without the intention of hurting. Be constructive and truthful. Let the writer know what's wrong without having the feeling to quit.
Reviewers, too, need to possess quality books, as we want members who know what they're doing. We are not looking for famous people, we need people with quality works for this job. People with good knowledge on literature, who knows how to express characters, themes, plots well. Members with good technique in writing.
