"What do you mean I can't have Naruto?! He is my little brother!" I yell at the Hokage who frowns.
"You aren't old enough to care for a child." Sarutobi says and I glare.
"I'm your highest ranking Shinobi!" I yell at the old man as the Anbu in the room glare at me due to the KI leaking from me.
"Stand down Kagura." The Hokage says to me.
"You can't take him from me!" I screech.
"Then you'll be cast out of the village as a Rogue Ninja." He snaps and my eyes tear up.
"I hope he destroys this fucking village when the Kyubbi awakens." I whisper before I poof out of the village and begin running. "Stupid old man won't let me have Naruto." I sob falling against a tree and hugging my knees to my chest. Sobs rack through my body as I sit against the tree. Fucking Konoha can burn, I think as I finally calm down and wipe the tears from my eyes. Masking my scent and using a transformation jutsu I begin walking away from my home.
