Dying Inside

1. The meeting

It's turning out just another day

I took a shower and I went on my way

I stopped there as usual

Had a coffee and pie

When I turned to leave

I couldn't believe my eyes

Kongpob is so ready to go, he looks around his apartment to make sure that he wont missed a thing when he left the place. Perfect! Kongpob locked the door as he walk away from his room when his phone ringed indicates a message from Aim, his classmates.

“The class got cancelled, we are free for today.”

Kongpob let out a soft sigh before he walk down the elevator, “maybe I will just grab some breakfast.”

So here is Kongpob, in a Cafe near to his apartment.A not so big Cafe named “Expecto Coffee.” Kongpob is a regular there, he had been visited the café since the freshman day and now he is on the 3rd year of college. Time sure fliest fast. Kongpob pushed the door and  stepped in as the Clink sound can be heard from the opened door then he looks around as he stunned. Its still 10 Am in the morning but the café seems so busy with those people spending their time by having coffee.

Kongpob legs moving toward the counter and he looks at such an unfamiliar figure that stood next to the coffee machine doing some business which is making coffee of course. He looks so unfamiliar to Kongpob.

A few seconds later that unfamiliar figure turned his face to Kongpob and everything seems so flowery to Kongpob. An angel is behind the counter, did angel even real in the first place? Kongpob thought as he once again look at the cute guy before him. Okay Kongpob now you addressed him as a cute guy. But then the guy indeed seems so cute for Kongpob.

Everyone know that Kongpob is a bisexual, he came out to his parents on his last year of high school but his parents didn’t say anything but smile to him so yeah everyone in his class knew that he is a bi. So, no wonder that Kongpob found this guy cute.

Wait, who is he???? A new barista? Kongpob knew the barista there, in fact he knew almost all the staff there and they knew Kongpob too.

Chubby cheeks, long eyelashes, fair skin, those paie of beautiful dark orbs and don’t forget the looks so tasty lips below the pointy nose. Kongpob he really stunned, that guy is just so amazingly stunning and super cute.

Before he realized anything, his legs are walking toward the cute guy’s direction as he moved aside from his previous position in front of the cashier and he smile dumbly before the cute guy that later look up at Kongpob as they eyes met.

Kongpob keeps staring at the cute guy ignoring the girl at the cashier.

“What do you want for today, Khun Kongpob?”

“Kongpob?”


A soft chuckle from the cute guy bring Kongpob back to reality. The cute guy then indicates with his chin to Kongpob to look at the gurl standing before the cashier. He then placed his hand against his nape and smiles awkwardly as he moves back to the cashier and tell her what did he want for breakfast.

“im sorry Mo, can I have a glass of latte please?”

“ah, and apple pie.”


“oh, as usual. Sure! Wait a minute.”

Mo, the cashier then turned into the computer screen before him as he typed Kongpob’s order and giggled softly. She wiggled her eyebrows playfully as she teased Kongpob.
