At Home

Walking back to the house with your hand in Carlisle's was calming and peaceful. You felt that you had kind of failed Edward not making him see reason and that he was acting out trying to get the whole family move just for her protection. Carlisle made all of those feelings go away.

You had kind of let your mind wonder and sooner rather than later you saw that you had made it back to the house and the rest of your children were waiting outside to greet you.

Letting go of Carlisle hand you saw Emmett start running towards you at vampire speed and you brace yourself for impact.

"I have missed you so much mom, did you have an amazing honeymoon. Don't let Edward make you leave us again" Emmett said to you.

"Yes, it was amazing little one and I missed you too. Have you been good since I have been gone?" you said.

Little one is a little secret that you and Emmett had together. After he was turned you took him on his first hunt and letting his instinct get the better of him, he killed a baby dear and it reminded him of bambi and immediately felt bad. You would call him little one ever since.

"Yep watched over everyone just like you said but let's get inside" Emmett exclaimed.

You greeted the rest of your children and gave hugs all around spent a little extra time checking in on Jasper with him still struggling a little with the new diet, but still always making progress. Everyone headed inside, but before you could step over the threshold Carlisle swooped you up in his grasp. You made a small YELP.

"Carlisle what you are doing!" You exclaimed.

"You know that I am all about traditions love" He whispered in your ear.

The both of you decided that it had been kind of a long night and decided to head up stairs and you will see what tomorrow brings
