"Pray tell, Weiss."

The silvery-haired girl gazed at me for but a moment before quickly averting her eyes to the charcoal colored table that her hands were rested on. Her fingers began tapping on the metallic material, creating the tantalizing sound of metal against metal. It was odd that the sound was so sharp, having that her hands were not in any sort of shackles to make a cling so precise. Her fingertips couldn't have possibly had any source of metal in them nor on them. Before she got to this room, I was told that she was ran through through not one metal detector but three metal detectors. Unless, of course, I was being lied to.

Usually I don't have to use my abilities against my own kind, but if someone did let a Weiss through with any source of metal, then I had to keep my guard up. That person, if any- they were a traitor to the falls.

"Blakely." The Weiss girl stared. Her cold eyes were now on me.

"You should really focus on what your captive is telling you. I could have just told you the secret of the Weiss family, and you wouldn't have known." She stated. Beyza held a very cynical expression and attitude about her.

"You could have, but in reality, Beyza, you don't know the secret yourself. You're just a rogue teenager whose father happens to be the most sick and demented mind around. He wouldn't trust you with such information, knowing your past." I spoke sharply, as my eyes were trained on her fingers. She could attack me at any moment if someone really had let her in with metal. Not to mention that my father had thought of the bright idea to allow the metal table before us to remain in the room; however, the table was pure platinum, so it would have been impossible for a Weiss to use such material to their advantage.

"If you're worried about me possessing metal, then stop. If I did, I probably would have bumped you off when I walked in." The Weiss girl spoke, tauntingly. It was as though she really didn't care who she talked to or why. That's probably why her dad was so close to disowning her. He was a control freak. Everybody knew that.

"Stop getting off topic. Why were you in our territory? I don't need to hear about your change of heart." She smirked at that. That evil little smirk of hers that only a Weiss could possibly possess.

"You seemed to care about that a moment ago, Blakely." Constantly hearing my name roll off of her tongue with such ease caused me major discomfort. That is how mother used to describe the tone of the Weisses, discomforting, cynical, sedated, noting that at one point she was closely related to them. No one in the Falls knew that, though. Had they known, I would have been dead the day I was born. Or before.

"Everything is not as it seems, Weiss. I'm sure you've found that to be true with your mommy issues." The words traveled from my mouth so quickly, I myself, could not believe it. Beyza's eyes immediately sharpened, and the cool, calm, yet cynical demeanor she held disappeared as fast as the color of one's skin in Ivory Falls- as sick as it was to compare.

"Shut the fuck up." She stated. Although she looked upset, her tone remained as it was before; impossible. Everyone knew the Weisses were hotheads; a blind man could see that.

"Touchy subject?" I questioned with a taunting expression. Perfect. Time to beat a Weiss at her own game.

"Surprised?" She responded. Her eyes averted themselves to staring at the platinum table beneath her fingers. I chuckled at that. She was bothered.

"Not at all, love," I smiled at her, "now, tell me this. Why is it so easy for you to avoid the true purpose of this conversation?"

"I'm a Weiss." Typical answer. What I'd planned for...

"Well, I can see that. You look just like your brother except for the nose. Quite the charmer he is. Gorgeous eyes, too. Not too bad a kisser, either." Those few sentences I'd fabricated, making it seem as if I knew the boy well was quite a good trick, even if I do say so myself. Not my favorite tactic to use, but one thing was for certain. My abilities were not going to be used in this interrogation.

"What?" She near screamed as her eyes met mine. She seemed to be searching for a lie in my eyes, but she wasn't going to be able to find one. All the words I spoke were true, but she needn't know whether they were from experience or not.

"Bleu, yeah. He's got quite a pole up his butt, 'less he's flirty. Then he's a lot of fun." Beyza looked disgusted as those words escaped my lips.

"How--" I cut her off. Didn't need her interrupting my little scheme.

I gave a small giggle as she looked at me skeptically, her eyebrow raising. "You didn't think you were the first Weiss to sneak over here did you? Bleu sat in the exact same seat you are. Just as stubborn as you are. In fact, he did the same little eyebrow trick you do." I paused for a moment, allowing her to register before continuing, "He said that he'd never betray Ivory Falls, but as far as I'm concerned, having relations with a Redd is betrayal to your kind. Crossing over here and even speaking of switching sides of the falls is betrayal to your kind."

Beyza stared directly at me with her piercing gaze as if she knew what I was going to say.

"Are you a traitor to the Weisses?" My tone was straight and to the point. There was no way that I could let any form of amusement seep through with this question; although, I did find this to be the rather exciting part of the investigation. First I got to toy with her a little before asking a detrimental question.

"I..." She paused, looking down at her hands with her fingers tapping.

"You what, Beyza?" I spat. This question was simple. It deserved a simple answer, "this question calls for one answer. Either yes or no. There is no in between, Weiss."

That is when her eyes darted up to mine, yet again. She was beginning to make a habit of this; looking down at her hands before looking back up at me. That made me curious whether that was her tell or not. Regardless, my abilities were not to be used in this interrogation. It would be too dangerous for the first time around. I did not know what to expect from the Weiss girl after all.

"How about I make an in between? To tell the truth, I don't know which side I am supposed to be on. There is only ever war between the two sides of the falls. Anywhere outside is considered treachery by both sides, so how much of a difference does it make when the world I live in is divided? There is no direct answer. I just hope I choose the right side on this infinitely sided dice, you know?"

The words she formulated came together so nicely, it was as if she was Mr. Collins from Pride and Prejudice... Perhaps this was not the time to make such a book comparison, but how could I resist one of the classics. Anyways, it was as if she planned what she was going to say. But, in some sense, it did not seem like she thought about it before hand. I trusted her words without using my abilities...

Let's just hope that I did not make the wrong choice. Let's hope I chose the right side.
