"You know Caden, you should stop assuming someone is sleeping." The girl stood behind the boy laughing. "Maybe you shou—." The boy looked shocked as he grabs the girl placing her firmly behind himself as a sign of protecting. This boy has courage to snarl at a Alpha. "Father!" Ah he must be the Alpha's son no wonder he would have courage against another Alpha.
"CADEN, STOP BEING A PAIN IN MY AS—. Ah, Alpha. Welcome I didn't expect you to be here so early." I nodded at what he had said.
The Alpha and I walked passed the two, making our way down the hall entering an office.
"Father, I mean Alpha!" The same boy from earlier rushed in with concern. "What do you want now? You see I'm in a meeting?" Alpha Mason said with annoyance in his voice.
"whisper hasn't come back."
"what do you mean hasn't come back?"
"Ah well, she left earlier."
"Would you please excuse me a bit." I nodded as he left the room in anger.
The door opened 20 minutes of being gone.
"Here, now stay put til the Alpha gets back."the man put down the girl from earlier closing the door. Strange I didn't notice the aroma from before coming from her. A scent of vanilla and strawberries. She turned around and noticed me sitting here looking at her. She started trembling in fear.
