Chapter 14

Bella's P.O.V

"Come on Bella!" I heard the little girls speak.
"Coming Coming" I laughed.
I had been here for a while, and met a little girl. She looked at lot like Me but had Colby's eyes.
I already loved her to pieces and had only known her for a while.

She stopped running and looked at me.
"You have to go now Luna..." she said
"What are you talking about?..." I questioned kneeling down.
"You have to go back to daddy...!" Her eyes were glossy
"W-wait what?... whose your daddy?...." I said moving a strand of hair out of her face.
"Silly mummy, you have to go back to daddy!!!" She laughed.
"Wait! You're my d- " I was cut off
"Bye bye mummy..." she whispered

I reached out for her but she had already gone. It all went dark.
I could hear voices around me, the shuffling of feet, even some sniffling. But it all went silent.
I slowly opened my eyes but closed them again as they light was too bright.
When my eyes finally adjusted to the light I looked around and saw the room was empty, the seat beside me had indents which meant someone was here recently. I tried to sit up my harms gave out....why was I still here. I didn't want to be here! Why did he have to save me! Why couldn't he just let me go!
I called out for my wolf
What?
Why aren't I dead?
Because I stopped you...now shh I need time to recover....
Oh ok...
While talking to my wolf I hadn't realised people were now inside my room.
I saw a few faces from the pack house. I saw Daniel the doctor. I saw jade and Amy. And one person I hated the most. Dakota,
"Hey how are you" I heard Daniel ask
"Fine." I didn't feel like talking not while he was in the room.
"Ok I'm just going to take these out and I'll let you all talk" he said while detaching some of the needles.
It was an eerie silence the only sounds were our breathing. I wasn't exactly in a good mood, 1. Because I want to go back to the little girl I saw. 2. Because Dakota is here.
Daniel left the room after taking the needles out. I saw an couple that I had never seen before. I wanted to talk to them so I asked everyone to leave quickly.
"Hello, who are you" I asked trying not to sound rude
"Oh were Colby's Parents, I'm Willow and this is my husband Damien" she pointed to the man next to her.
"Oh hello I'm Bella!" I replied a bit happier
"We know who you are Colby talks about you all the time!" Damien said chuckling
I blushed before asking" where is he"
"He went out for a run after I told him too. He's been by your side for ages..." she said
"How long was I gone for" I asked wearily
"A day an a half" Willow said double checking in her head.
I nodded as a thanks and they left.
I was hoping Dakota wouldn't come in but oh boy was I wrong!
"Look I'm sorry Bella i-" I laughed and he looked at me confused
"Sorry doesn't fix anything! You tried to take my mate away from me! Who does that! Even worse I thought we were friends!" I yelled
" Bella i- I got jealous! It wasn't my fault! My wolf took over!" He cried out
"No! I'm done with your pity lies! Just leave me alone!" I screamed, the beeping had gone faster and I was shaking as tears fell down my face.
Daniel rushed in with Willow, as he tried to calm me down. Willow grabbed my hands and whispered reassuring things into my ear. But I couldn't stop. I wanted Colby back! He would know what to do....
Almost on cue I heard a loud growl.

Colby's P.O.V
I ran as fast as I could back to the hospital, ignoring looks from my pack
I stormed in and growled. I saw my dad And walked over to him
"What happened!" I asked catching my breath
"She was talking to Dakota and he must of said something that triggered her because she won't stop crying and calling for you" He said
I pushed him out the way and stormed into the room. I heard a gasp but ignored it and went straight for Dakota.
"What the fuck did you do?!" I growled in his face.
"Colby calm Down" I heard my mum say
Ignoring her I grabbed his throat and lifted him off the ground
"What did you do" I repeated tightening my grip
"I.....I.... tried apologising....but the stuck up bitch....refused....to acc-" he didn't finish as my wolf finally took over, I heard mum calling in for my dad,
"COLBY STOP" Dad boomed
"No! He will pay!" Jax my wolf growled
"Jax give control to Colby! We will sort him out later" My dad said using his alpha voice
"No! He will pay, he will pay" I hadn't realised I was closing his windpipe and soon enough he would die.
"COLBY!" Bella screamed. I froze my grip loosening and Dakota fell to the floor breathing heavily.
I looked at her and her face was blotchy, her eyes bloodshot, she was shaking uncontrollably. I took a step towards her and she shook her head.
"I don't want to see you right now..." she whispered.
"But..." I started before my dad pushed me out of the room. My heat felt like it was ripping inside of me. Everyone had left and it was just us in the waiting room. I sat on a chair and placed my head in my hands. I fucked up

I shut Jax out as he was the one who caused this. My own mate. My own fucking mate was terrified of me.
