Meanwhile at the Leaky Cauldron Harry POV
Tom showed me to my room that I am going to stay in for another 3 weeks until school starts. All my anger from that overweight hippo called Marge has now left me and I barely feel anything apart from tiredness. I don't bother getting changed and as soon as my head hits the pillow, I fall into a dreamless sleep.

Dumbledore's office:
Dumbledore POV
"Remus, I understand your concern but if you take the job, we can give you free wolfsbane potions so you can stay in your living quarters as harmless as you would be untransformed."
"Are you sure?" Remus asks surprised.
"Yes I am sure, if your friends are teaching I think you should be too."
"Umm... Ok, I think I will take the offer."
Everyone in the room claps and cheers except myself, Remus and the Potters.
Neville has left to go home to his Grandma because his parents thought it was too late for him to be up.
"Lily, James, what's wrong?" I ask because I see their fearful expression.
"Where's Harry? My baby boy" Lily asks, fazed by it all.
"Just to clear things up, please do not interrupt as it will make this easier. Understand? Do you promise?"
"Yes" they both answer. Clearly desperate.
" Ok Harry is at number 4 Privet Drive" James makes a disgruntled noise.
"James please let me explain, When Lily sacrificed herself for Harry, she gave him protection. However to keep the protection Harry has to life with relatives of Lily's. Who has the same DNA as Lily. Otherwise, who knows what could have happened."
"wow" Dorcas says.
"amazing" Marlene says.
"You sacrificed yourself?" Frank whispered.
"Yeah" is all Lily could say.

James POV
Hang on a second, if Harry isn't with Sirius. Where is he?
"Professor"
"Yes James"
"If Harry is at the Dursley's. Where is Sirius?" I ask, looking up.
"Why do you want to know where Sirius is?" Dumbledore asks.
Then Remus says something truly and utterly shocking.
"I thought Sirius betrayed you, that's what I was told."
"No! Sirius would never do that!" I argue.
"James, Sirius betrayed you then killed Peter and a street of muggles."
"Wait, we swapped secret keepers last minute to that filthy rat, Pettigrew and I don't believe Sirius would kill someone for a second."
"Neither do I" Lily, Marlene, Emmeline and Dorcas all stated.
"I can't believe it!" is all Dumbledore can say.
"Did he even get a trial?" Lily asks.
"No, no he did not." Dumbledore states. By this time I am shaking with fury.
"Well can we get him a trial!?" I shout.
"Yes, I think we should." Dumbledore cast a patronus. That said
"Minister, it has come to my attention that according to Lily and James Potter. Sirius was not their secret keeper but it was infact Peter Pettigrew. We would like to hold a trial for Sirius Asap with veritaserum. Kind Regards Albus."
Not long after a patronus floated through the window again which caused everyone to sit up and listen. It said
" We accept your request and a trial will be held for Black tomorrow: August 5th 1993 at 11:30am. Meet at Minestry Trial room 1 at 11:15am. Yours Sincerely Minister for Magic, Cornelius Fudge."
