No one's P.O.V

Felix was playing in his playroom when he suddenly heard thunder from outside.
He hates thunder and thunder storms and I mean hates them.
He started crying uncontrollably.
Every boom of thunder he heard made him jump and cry harder.
Changbin came dashing in the room as soon as he heard his baby cry.
He picked him up knowing why he was crying and carried him into their shared room.
He sat down on his bed, Felix on his lap and tried to calm him down.

Changbin : "Shhh baby, daddy is right here."

He whispered into the little's smol ear.
As soon as he said that the power turned off.
Felix was horrified.

'This is gonna be a long night'

Changbin thought to himself and he rubbed Felix's back and kissed his forehead.
The little's cries only got louder as the thunder roared outside of their tiny apartment.

Felix : "d-daddy mak-make it-it st-stop!"

Felix said as he gripped Changbin's shirt tight.

Changbin : "Shhh shhh everything is gonna be alright you just have to calm down for daddy first ok."

It was meant to be a question but it sounded more as if he was telling him to calm down.

Felix : "o-otay da-daddy."

Felix said as he started to calm down.
His eyes started to get droopy and he gripped onto his daddies shirt tighter, loving the warmth that Changbin was giving him.

Felix : "daddy 'm tiwed.."

The little said under a whisper but was still audible enough for the older to hear.
He was probably tired from all of the crying he did.

Changbin : "Then go to sleep my prince, daddy will be here when you wake up."

Felix : "chu pwomise?"

Felix said as he raised up his I pinky.
Changbin interlocked their pinkies.

Changbin : "I promise~"

That was the last thing Felix heard before drifting off into dreamland.
Right when the little fell asleep the power turned back on.
Changbin stood up and put the little on his hip and started to bounce him gently to not wake him.

Changbin : "Oh perfect timing!
Now while he's asleep I can watch-"

He put a fist in the air as if he was superman.

Changbin : "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon!"

He whisper yelled.
Felix squirmed a bit because Changbin was a little loud.

Changbin : "Oh sorry
lixxie-kins~"

He said as he booped Felix on the nose.
He made his way down the stairs and to the kitchen.
He grabbed a bag of chips and walked into the livingroom.
He sat the little down on his lap so that he was facing him with his head on his chest and his skinny little arms wrapped around his waist.
He gradded the remote before turning on the tv to the channel where his favorite show had started.
He placed the remote down and gradded the chip bag and opened it very carefully.
He finished the bag of chips and focused on the TV diligently.

Changbin : "Wah this is such a great show!"

He said as he patted the little's head and kissed his temple.
He drew shapes on his back in a comforting manner.

Changbin : "Goodnight lixxie~"

They slept on the couch that night feeling safety, comfort, and protection in each others arms.
Even though today might not have been the best, they still enjoyed every second they spent together.
